Roda was unprofessional and unclear throughout the process. She didn't even tell me how many units of Dysport she was injecting into my forehead--just quoted me $300 and did only three pokes. I thought it was odd but went ahead with it. Today, I went back for my "two-week follow-up," hoping to address my concerns about the results. I told her I wasn't happy, but instead of offering a solution, she said, "I think it's good, you don't need any more." Her response was dismissive--especially when I explained that I wanted less movement and fewer lines. It felt like she didn't care what I wanted because, apparently, she's happy with the results, so that's all that matters, right? My face, my unhappiness, but as long as she's happy, everything's fine. Even worse, during my original appointment, Roda assured me that if I wasn't satisfied with the results after two weeks, I could come back for adjustments. Today, she completely ignored that promise. The office staff wasn't much help either. When I called to inquire about my appointment, they were clueless. Please, do your research before choosing where to go for any treatments. Trusting your face to someone who doesn't listen to your concerns is a huge risk. This place did not meet the standard of care I was expecting.

When I got to the correct address there was a sign that said "come in we're open". I attempted to ring the Ring doorbell that was on the door, the battery must have died because there was no ring and it did not light up. Then I attempted knocking loudly, twice, five minutes apart from each other. No response. I am convinced either this business is closed, it is a casual endeavor for friends and family, or something else is going on. I would be hesitant to advise anyone to book a service with this business because I'm not sure it exists at this point. I'm going to look into reporting the business on Groupon because I had to refund my Groupon because I was unable to use it.
