Aaron didn't win my business that day as he already had, but he further solidified my opinion that Premier Marine is one of the best, highest quality, and honest boat repair places I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. One thing that was different from the last time I had an issue and needed Premier Marines services, is email communication. When I called I got a VM message that directed me to send an email rather than leaving a VM. I did and it was promptly answered. We had an exchange of five or six emails over the course of a couple hours. Easy and convenient to communicate with and a nice way to have a record of all that was discussed.

I was working with my own lender for financing. It was very difficult for the finance department to get the information they needed from the dealer. The finance company approved the loan but the initial down payment they were requesting changed due to the fact the boat was way over the NADA guide price. I let the dealer know that because of the terms of the loan I would not be proceeding and I would like my deposit back. I emailed, called and they ignored me. I finally got a hold of the owner on the phone and he refused to refund me and said *I had just changed my mind*He continued to raise his voice and hung up on me. I had the lender email the dealer and explain that the financing was changed due to the price of the boat being priced over the NADA guide. I also applied to another finance company and they wouldn't even approve the loan based on the boat price. I have filed formal complaints with State of Utah Dept of commerce, Utah Dept of motor vehicles enforcement *governs dealers* along with the BBB Ironically a couple weeks later the dealer lowered the price on the boat! DO NOT PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT THEY ARE THE MOST CORRUPT DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

We bought a boat from Taylor's boats in September. We have had endless issues since…read more To begin my husband drove from AZ to UT to purchase. When he got home we realized the sun shade that was in the photos sent to us, was not with the boat. Party our mistake for not checking before driving back to AZ but still. It took over 3 weeks to get in contact with them, calling every day. I was given the run around that someone would call me back and never did. Finally I talked to someone who explained what happened and gave us store credit. Weeks pass and we never received the title and registration in the mail. Again we called many times with no answer or the empty promise that someone would call back. We finally got ahold of Taylor who issued another temp tag and ensured they would get it worked out and call with an update, shocker that never happened. I got in contact with him again after not receiving it for another month and he said they would send it to the AZ store and we'd have title and registration in hand asap, and he'd send another temp tag. It's now been almost a month since that call, we do not have the registration or title and we never received another temp permit. This has been the BIGGEST headache. We love the boat but now can not use it because we don't have registration. They need to figure out their customer service. I would not recommend this company, at least the Draper store, to anyone.
