I bought a Navitity set in December 2025. It was missing the Baby Jesus. The retailer and mudpie both refuse to provide me with a Baby Jesus. Trouble customer service. What good is a Navitity without Jesus? I will never buy anything from them again. Awlful company. read more

Mud Pie contacted me a couple weeks after this incident to apologize. They sent me a little gift to make up for my experience along with a handwritten apology note --which I've never had happen before and was incredibly thoughtful. It still didn't entirely make up for the experience BUT the items that I did receive were very cute and fun and so was the apology gift. I will likely give them another shot in the future. Hopefully, these are just growing pains and they are able to work through their operating quirks before next year's Black Friday sale! read more

This company is poorly run. Poor communication. No follow through. Multiple billing issues. Slow shipping. I met with the sales rep in my area. We put together an order during my store's off season in the Fall. She assured me that nothing would be charged until the items ship (that part is important). My order was $1,500. Immediately my card was charged $1,900 (still not sure why a higher amount). Sales rep seemed shocked and had no explanation, but the issue was worked out in a timely manner. I told my sales rep that the card to hold was not the same card to be charged, and that I needed to change the card on file. She assured me not to worry, that I would be told BEFORE the charge happened and we had plenty of time. I applied for 60 day terms, but didn't hear back. I assumed that communication was slow due to the holidays. Wrong. My card was charged AGAIN on January 1st. No communication beforehand, as they had promised. Terms should have given 60 more days. My rep apologized (again) and got the charge reversed (again). She also followed up and said I was approved for terms. I was promised that no charge would happen until the items shipped. I was charged on January 1st, but never received any further communication. On January 17th I followed up again. Customer service responded and said that they would release my order to process shipping. This was 17 days past the time it was supposed to ship. I still don't know why the order was never processed. At this point, I felt that there were too many mistakes and miscommunications. If the customer service was this poor before I received my order, I didn't feel confident about this company backing their items in the future. read more

Do not place an order with this company. I ordered 8 champagne glasses, only received sevan, they will not send the remaining items, but will only issue a refund. Now i have 1 champagne glass. The rest of the itrlems ordered were like barbie sized and not worth what was paid for sucha tiny size. I would have never ordered anything if i knew they wouldnt deliver all of the items. read more

If possible I would have left no stars. I will say in a positive note I love Mud Pie items and I have purchased many things however this was the first time I had ever ordered online. I placed the order just after Christmas and as of the end of Jan I had not received my order. I called Customer Service and they said that they would be happy to resend me my order or give me a refund. I got the feeling that she would rather have given me the refund than resend my order. I finally received my order 2/22/2025 and the two ceramic items were broken. One of them were broken in a million pieces the other was broken in 3 different pieces and was missing an item. When I went to call customer service I found out that they no longer took phone calls, you had to fill out a form and someone would be getting back to me. I recently worked there and when I tell you the employees do not consider sanitation when it comes to handling the items. Most of the employees don't even wash their hands or flush in the ladies restroom. The labor is extremely high while paying low wages. They don't consider anyone's health. Only mass production is the goal. It's a shame because they produce beautiful Christian based merchandise but forget to produce the same morals that should follow. Maya the supervisor is a modern day task master who views everyone as disposable especially due to the fact that she doesn't even attempt to remember a person's name in simply greeting them. The supervisor over her named Damien is a complete mess. If he wanted to consider changing his gender and acting as a woman than he should take on the same problems that we as women have to deal with. Meaning taking on the strain of standing and lifting heavy items all while dealing with our menstrual and the severe pain that follows. The only kind individual there is Mr.Don a staffing agency worker. But I beg everyone, if you want clean Christian merchandise, go support your local Hobby Lobby. read more

A total trash company. Their products have become cheap with terrible workmanship. They lack any quality. The company then charges its retailers 20% shipping charge which is the highest in the marketplace. It comes in pieces, never in one shipment. Their packing has had a tremendous amount of mistakes, not sending proper numbers or assortment designs. How can they ever expect us to add 20% to our retail price? That is $20 on $100. And their prices have gone up tremendously, on top of the high ship and poor quality. I am done with Mud Pie. You all have ruined the best company in the marketplace. read more

Placed order did not receive all items but credit card charged. They do not answer calls nor response to emails. Will never purchase their products directly. Box partial shipment came in was not completely sealed and box damaged. Poor customer service the worst I've encountered beside Wayfair. read more

I bought a pair of matching mother and daughter necklaces for Mothers day out of the gift shop at the hospital where I work. When at home and it was time to open the gift both necklaces were broken. I submitted a request online about this and it took 2 weeks for anyone to respond after my second email. They will not replace the necklaces. I will not ever buy their products again and yes I am spreading the word of such poor customer service. read more

Very disappointed in the exchange/return process. The size charts were not true to size and we wanted to exchange. Overall would have spent over $30 shipping fees on a $30 sweater.the sweater was adorable and exactly what we would have wanted for our family Christmas photo but had to return it. If I could give them a 0 rating I would! Placed an order November 5 and only got a small portion of the order almost a month later! The rest of the order was canceled even though I know two people who ordered some of the same items after I did and they got theirs. Out of the 6 items I ordered, I received 2. I've been seeing their products around town in Vancouver a lot in some kitsch and other specialty gift shops. I am in love with their soaps on soap dishes, however, the cost to $14 for a set is a little steep. Not sure if it has to do with what they're selling their items at the store for or what the store actually decides to charge based on location for the item. Either way, they have some fun cute stuff in all different departments. I am using one of the soaps right now. Well not exactly. Big fan. I got great super sale on some fedora hats and wonderful customer service from Brittany. I ordered the cutest little girl outfits from them for a granddaughter I don't even have. Received them today and couldn't be happier. I have seen their brand in boutique shops for years but will now shop their sales on line for sure.
