Melissa asked lots of questions and really really built rapport. Based on the questions she asked she suggested some other chains. It's like she was in my head cause she picked out a perfect 7 pointer diamond chain that i just fell in love with as soon as i saw it. Overall i will give icebox 5 stars because they not only give you an amazing experience by offering water, soda, Capri Suns. But they assign everyone with a jeweler and that really helps personalize your experience. I have very busy days, and i can just text Melissa, and ask for anything I'm looking for and she makes it happen! I stop by pick up what i need and get back to my busy day. She's helped me with gifts for my sister and boyfriend. I'm giving ice box 5 stars but I'm really giving Melissa 5 stars. Everytime i shop with icebox she continues to wow me. Providing excellent customer service , patient, and very knowledgeable about jewelry. There's nothing i asked her for that she couldn't make happen. 10 stars !! I think it's super cool that they clean all jewelry purchased from them for free. They also have fixed my clasp on my chain because i didn't know i was taking it off wrong. I was also told that if i trade in my chain to purchase a new piece or upgrade the amount i paid go towards my next purchase. Super cool! Because I've been thinking of upgrading. I queried this and they didn't respond for a week plus and finally got a response saying that someone had had a death in the family. Then I got a bait and switch message trying to get me to take a less desirable product Which I declined. Then several weeks later, I got a message saying they couldn't source the product. So the business model is lie, get money, and then see if you can go out and get something cheap for cash with the money to give to the buyer. I'm currently waiting for a refund. I will update this depending on whether I get it or not. If I don't get a refund fast I'll be calling the Atlanta police.

I saw that they host events for people to come in and work on their fiber arts a few times a week so this sold me on visiting! When I stopped in, I was greeted and there was space for me to sit down. I recently had a private knitting lesson here…read more The instructor begin with telling me the different types of forms yarn comes in, ie. hanks, skeins and balls along with other information about knitting. After the introduction the instructor picked out a wood circular knitting needle for me. The reason for choosing the wood I was told it would help hold the yarn better for a beginner versus a metal needle. When it came time to choose the yarn I was told to make my choice from a small area. I picked a mustard yarn. The next day I received an invoice from the store because I didn't pay for the items. Silly me. I assumed because I was only allowed to pick out from a certain section that it was included with the lesson that I had paid for. Unfortunately, because the yarn I chose was quite small. It has been difficult as a beginner working with it. There have been a lot of starts and stops which I would expect but more so because of the size of the yarn. I have since learned as a beginner I should have a bulkier yarn. When I left that day, I had not gotten the hang of the cast on, or the knit stitch. Five minutes before the class was to end we had just finished casting on and that didn't leave much time for the knitting since the store was opening. Since taking the class I have been able to get the hang of the cast on and the knit stitch thanks to Sheep and Stitch on YouTube. I think the reason I didn't get the hang of it in the store was because of the teaching style. It just didn't mesh with my learning style. I would definitely recommend the classes to anyone here. Very professional staff. Because the yarn I ended up purchasing isn't good for beginners. I did call the store to see if I could exchange it, but I was told they would not accept it because it had already been wound. The staff was very nice. They were very helpful when customers came in.
