We have gone sporadically to The Barking Lot for a couple of years now. However, when I called to discuss it with the owner, he was more than happy to help. He went through and investigated the situation/preference cards, did not blame it on staff, all while trying to provide the best customer service he could. They were able to fit my two dogs in last minute which I appreciated and they did an excellent job. Even if it was a sub optimal groom, having an owner who works with customers to try and navigate problems and make them right makes this business stand out. Thank you!

I begged them to help me as we were several hours from home. they referred me to Walmart who don't sell insulin syringes for vetsulin. I would not trust these people. I did find a kind vet a few miles further down the road who were very helpful. they sold me two packages of the syringes.

The girls did a good job on my dogs, and the dogs didn't seem too stressed out, so I call that a win. One of my dogs need anti-anxiety meds on grooming day because she hates to be groomed. My male doodle is a good boy while being groomed, but he has high anxiety when he's around other dogs, so for them not to be too stressed out is a good thing.
