My older pup (Matti)...has never been to a grooming facility...and is quite reactive to new situations....had an amazing time with our groomer Sarah. According to Sarah, Matti needed NO muzzle, and she was calm throughout! Our younger pup Sitka (feral dog, we've only had her about two months), needed a total shave, as her undercoat was completely matted and causing her distress in the war ish weather. Sarah and crew did an AMAZING job keeping the pups calm ALL DAY, and making them SO comfortable and gorgeous! The pups greeted us happily, and without any (so obvious) stress signs. HIGHLY recommend 4-Leggers...but actually, don't go here. Leave the few appointments they have for ME! I have already secured another appt for my pooches, but next time will schedule out for a year. This place is THAT GOOD. Can't comment on the lodging they offer, but for Grooming, they are amazing. Sarah will walk you through everything prior to your pups arriving. She is quick to email if there are any issues, and even sends pics of the pups in progress! Hope this place saves me some time for my poochies, as they LOVE IT!!!

The boarding areas are a bit small, but my two 40 lb dogs shared one and loved it! They rotate the dogs to play area for 15 minutes / kennel all day long, so the dogs get plenty of exercise. They encourage you to bring their own food in, and encourage you to bring their beds, toys, etc. The staff is cery friendly, their love of dogs is obvious. Several of the staff mentioned that they even bring their dog with them when they are working! Matti and Roxy gave it four paws up, I'm giving it five stars!!!

Her eyes were puffy and bleeding from her scratching them, her legs and stomachs were extremely red and itchy. My wife called and was giving an immediate appointment. When we went in the staff were very friendly and caring. The veterinarian came in the room and was very friendly and knew right away that our Callie was suffering from the reaction. He gave her an injection that she had on the past and a cream for her eyes.. so happy and grateful for this office to take care of our Callie. Anytime we need a vet while visiting In Laws there is no doubt we would take our pets here.. thank you all for your great service and caring attitude..

I had already filled out their online new patient form and in the comments I stated that Dugan weighed 140 pound. When calling to make the appointment, I again stated that Dugan weighs 140 pounds. So today I take Dugan for his appointment, the girl looked at him and then tells me that they didn't know how big he was, their tub isn't big enough so I must take him elsewhere for bathing. Right. Then they took him back for ear cleaning and anal gland care. Meanwhile the receptionist had me pay for the services. Out comes the tech to tell me they could only do one gland and just barely got his ears cleaned, that next time he would have to be sedated. Me coming back to calm and control him on this first visit is against their policy, evidently, because she wouldn't even consider that. There was no offer to credit me for an incomplete visit. Although the staff were very pleasant, I am not comfortable dealing with this kind of incompetence. They didn't LISTEN when I told them about him. What if I had told them something important and they didn't pay attention? Therefore it seems I will be looking for a different veterinary.

We use to travel quite often, but luckily Val and Dave were always able to accommodate a place for Cassie during those days. It was such a relief to know she was able to stay in a loving home when separated from us. We were so lucky to find them all those years ago because they really are the best! Now that we're moving to the west coast, we're sad that Cassie won't get to stay with them again. Hopefully we'll be able to find someone just as good where we're moving, but Val and Dave's care will be hard to beat!

Initially we checked out the Ridgeside Instagram account and then after contacting them for additional information we decided to sign Flossie up for the 3 week board & train program. We were given our trainer's contact info in case we had any questions or wanted additional info prior to the start date. Gina picked up Flossie and for the next three weeks we got pictures and videos every day of Flossie's training progress plus also information for us to learn about the training. All of this made the transition back home easy and seamless. Gina's instructions were clear and concise and she also made sure that we understood the hows and the whys of training. Since Flossie has been home Gina reached out to see how things were going and said she was available if we had any follow up questions. We are very happy with the outcome and feel the training really firmed up our loosey goosey training up to that point. Gina gave Flossie the foundational training she needed in order for us to meet our goals with Flossie and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Pebbles (blue heeler, 1.5 years old) would never listen to me, would not sit or lay still, and had a lot of other obedience issues that caused her to be stressed or confused. She was a TOUGH dog to train and I was concerned I couldn't find the solution for her to get basic concepts. This view has completely changed since working with RSK9's 3 week program. I would HIGHLY recommend them and their methods - you can tell they genuinely love working with dogs and it's made a huge difference in giving my dog the chance to find real rest at home. They send DAILY updates with photos and videos which was so nice. This isn't a regular class or something you just pay for; it's truly an investment that you and your dog will be using for the time you get to share together. Side note: it's worth doing 3 weeks versus 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark is when Pebbles really started to understand her marks and cues. From here there is so much more that can be refined and Brandi/Perry really capitalize on that threshold being crossed!
