I was planning on having Richter & Sons tow it for $250, since I do not have a truck. They even offered to store it for $35/month. At the last minute, my son-in-law offered to tow & store for free if I would let them use it occasionally. A no-brainer...right? Before I even had the chance to call Richter & Sons to cancel, they towed it to their business. I had to call them and ask where it was. It cost me $242.69 for them to tow it a mile or less. Yes, I approved the estimate to tow, but I had not paid the invoice before they towed it. I was really pissed off once I found where they parked my travel trailer. In the mud vs. gravel or concrete. They broke the part you pull out to empty one of the tanks, and how the heck were they even able to tow it when the stairs were not put away. I did not give them a key. The stairs fold up and go inside the RV when it is moved. Rude, no communication, and it's all about the money. Do not recommend this business!

After a few seconds he softly said, "It's your tie rods." He then raised the cars and showed me. I didn't even know what a tie rod was! He said, "Would you like to work on it with me and learn how to fix it?" Oh boy, did I ever! He stood behind me, holding my hands like that scene in the movie "Ghost". At the end of everything, he didn't even charge me for labor. He just said, "Now you know. And knowing is half the battle." I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in western Iowa.

When they listed a bike for sale and I was interested in it, I drove up a few times from Council Bluffs to check it out and test ride it a few times as I couldn't make up my mind. They were so cool and nice with me wanting to test drive it more than once. I've gone to other places in the past where you can tell they are annoyed with that stuff. The salesmen and service department are all just super nice and accommodating. Later on, I drove the same bike up there to get some work done on it and their prices on the parts and labor were very reasonable.
