They fired the guy who did my breaks and rotors. They said that they would take care of me. Days after the rotors and brakes were fixed the car developed a crunching sound. I stopped driving the car as I looked into the issue just in case I needed to take them to small claims court. They offered to take care of us but they lied and tried to say the person they fired didn't cause the issue and that we needed to fix the other rotors and brakes. If you had any work done between September 2023 and now you might want to call and make sure the person who fixed your car wasn't fired recently for negligence. Do not trust these people, they don't know what they are doing. I had a periodic loud noise coming from underneath the back of my car. Contacted several repair shops & dealerships who offered an appointment and minimum $60.00 to $75.00 fee to evaluate the problem. Stopped at this Muffler Man facility and they put the car on their hoist and determined the noise was from the exhaust heat shield. They removed the shield because the anchor screw holes were rotted out from corrosion. When I asked them what I owed them, they said "no charge" just come back in the next time you need work done on your car. My kind of Place!!! read more

My muffler was welded and the job look like a five-year-old kid did it or a crackhead did it it looked like a 20 minute $15. 20 minute job that somebody did all they took for me was to hit one bump and it broke at the weld and I had to take both pieces of my muffler and put it in my car and have a real mechanic look at it. Mind you I paid the asshole $100 to weld it and he did a bubble weld a five-year-old could've did better weld job than he did read more

if you want a cheap oil change where they just change the oil, filter , and lube the chassis. they are a good deal. I had over a thousand dollars worth of front end work and a serpentine belt and alternator replaced there in just over the last year. The front wheel bearing we had replace just under a year ago went bad. After sending us to a second shop (Leitz auto repair see my review) to make sure what we already new, the wheel bearing was bad. We brought our 05 trailblazer in at just after 9 am they charged us 60 dollars to put the warrantied part in. Since we were not a high priority they took several other customers before us. They also brought cars off the lot in to repair before doing ours. My wife and kids were waiting in the waiting room at the shop. after 3 hours of waiting they walked in the snow to a local store to kill some time. at the 5 hour mark they finally got the repair done. I called and talked to chuck the manager about the way they handled the situation. He yelled at me on they phone and was a complete jackass. I reported him to his superiors at muffler man corporate offices and We will never return for repairs. I probably will never go there again. I have to thank chuck for sending us to Leitz automotive, because I love them and they will get all my future automotive repairs. read more

Ive been in there a few times. Once was particularly good, he helped get me back on the road when a motorcycle lost its baffle, they just made an auto muffler work and it worked well. The last time I was in there was different, I needed front brakes on my old car, we looked over everything, and I decided that I only needed the front brakes done. When I came back to pick it up, he had done all four wheels, made no excuses, he knew very well that I only wanted fronts done just stood there looking at the floor when I told him he was to only change the fronts, got charged twice what I should have, no apologies from him, and I will NEVER go back. read more
