I've been supporting and loving this pot shop and today had a very poor experience as a customer. Their advertising special board stated there is a discount 20% off on Friday Friday of the month. While shopping, I stated to my friends (who I brought to to the store for their first time) -- "it's the first Friday!". The bud tender replied with, "now that you said that out loud -- ALL CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE ARE INELIGIBLE FOR DISCOUNT"!!!!!!! I was made to feel like an asshole when I was excited to spend money and support this business. She said that the policy is to whisper it out checkout -- even tho it's advertised as a discount on their board. Would you go into a bar excited for happy hour and then have the bar tender say you don't get happy hour since you said it's "happy hour" out load among other bar patrons?!? I went in with my sister and mom to look around. I gave the employee my id and she said she couldn't take it because it said 18 years old even though my id shows that i have turned 21. Luckily i always carry my passport card with me since my drivers license is vertical. I handed her my passport card and she gave it back to me then asked for it again. She then told me that she couldn't sell to me because i had two forms of id and one wasn't acceptable. I questioned her about why she couldn't accept my passport id since that is a valid form of id. She just said she couldn't sell to me and i ended up having to sit outside while my sister and mom shopped. the craziest part is that she then was asking my sister what kind of high i like basically encouraging her to buy for me. So she's okay with selling to an adult knowing that they are giving it to a "minor" but won't sell to someone with two forms of id. absolutely ridiculous. will never be coming back. read more

Stay away! Go next door to the Hidden Bush instead. Muffy's is disorganized and unfriendly. The girl who helped me was unenthusiastic, surly and had a bad attitude. She made me feel like I was burdening her for asking questions. She had no knowledge of the price of things and made me look through a confusing binder full of hundreds of products. I finally found the one I wanted. The "menu" said it was $40. She tried to charge me over $50. They refused to fix the problem as a courtesy for their mistake. I walked out, went next door and got a similar product for $40. The gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable and excited to tell me all about their stuff. I've been to all the smoke shops in PA, and this is the only one that I have returned to. The staff is as helpful as they can be, and they are always kind. Though at first glance, Muffy's isn't quite aesthetically pleasing we must all remember to never judge a book by its cover. This is THE WORST place in Port Angeles. Disorganized, also the young ladies running it have no knowledge of the products when asked. This place is the ONLY place in Port Angeles that refuses to tell you what they have or how much it is by phone. One 2 separate occasions they tried telling me my MMJ card expired... It was not. The ONLY reason to even go there is they are open later than everybody else. I've gone to every shop in Port Angeles. I use RSO for pain. So it's my medication.
