I wasn't able to find anyone local, so I drove an hour and forty minutes to have Laura cut my hair. The receptionist were personable and welcoming. I appreciated the relaxed, down to earth atmosphere of the salon and the other stylist that worked there. (I hate when you walk into a salon and you can smell the pretentiousness radiating from the staff.) Laura was great. She was friendly, she listened and gave my hair her full attention. I paid over $70 for white French tips with colorful lines. i'm fully disappointed this is nothing like I asked for and when I tried to ask for what the picture they at me the lines are uneven. The shapes aren't the same and the colors are nothing like I asked for in the picture. I am super disappointed and am shocked I had to pay this much for something I didn't ask for.
