I called the store to let them know about the accident, and I spoke with the new general manager Jen. Jen was so kind and considerate on the phone, you can tell she actually cares about her customers, unlike many other places! She acknowledged my problem, and went WAY above and beyond whatever was even necessary to make it right! I was taken aback by her such kind gesture, I didn't even know how take it!
