Honestly it's the best stop for gas and anything else you'd get at a gas station and more. Nobody beats wesco... I promise. This is my first and favorite option. Not to mention best Doughnuts in town and before Taco Bell it was the only late night option for food here in Brooklyn. read more

I pulled into the Wesco gas station with car trouble and realized I'd left my phone at home. The guys working there were super helpful, letting me use their phone, letting me wait for help, and helping me find a towing service when AAA flaked out on me. Good gas station, fine convenience store, and excellent staff. They'll get my business in the future. read more

This is the second time I have bought a breakfast sandwich and it said sausage, egg and cheese and it was not....The first time it was a Turkey Sandwich and this time it was bacon, egg and cheese....I don't know if the breakfast sandwich maker can not read or what is going on but this is unexceptable....Some people are allergic to things like turkey and this could cause a major health issue.....I am very very upset at the Wesco in Brooklyn, Michigan and since Wesco has made it so hard to file a complaint I have to just be out the almost $20.00 sad! Every time I go to get fuel the pay at the pump feature is broken or out of paper. it would be great if it would work And save me the time of going inside. great prices but not if you can't keep the systems operating correctly. read more

Run of the mill gas station that was efficient in it's layout and the amount of pumps they have available. Their prices reflect market value and the convenient store attached had all the usual sundries you'd expect from a larger gas station. I would get gas here again if I was below a quarter tank. read more

This gas station is ridiculous. My husband stopped in with our 13 year old daughter. Our daughter got doughnuts and at the counter my husband added a pack of cigarettes for himself. The woman at the counter asked for both their I.D.s. He responded that she is his daughter and she is 13 and the woman continued to hassle him saying 'she looks of age'. This is so ridiculous. She is 13 and looks even younger not that it matters! Will never shop here again. Both Napoleon gas stations are better anyway. Wish zero stars were possible. read more

Love the rewards program! Great value, on the coffee mug .25$ refill 2019 purchase or popcorn bucket free refill 2019 purchase. Friendly helpful staff. Large selection of items available. The fountain and coffee area, are top notch. The donuts are baked fresh daily in house! They have a Deli Cafe selection as well. I go in often. I've enjoyed this value and environment for well over 10 years now. Very highly recommend this location in Brooklyn, Mi. Always open and am always greeted with a friendly smile by the staff. I love all the free refills in my popcorn bucket no matter which Wesco I stop at in Michigan. Very reasonable prices on store items and also accumulating discounts on gas as I shop. I always go to Wesco for gas. In the event I am low and far away, I'll buy a few dollars at another station so I can get to a Wesco! read more

If you're looking for low prices and quality customer service - do NOT look at Wesco. A business's first priority should always be customer satisfaction; a good business should only retain employees who share this same principle - not simply because they wish to keep earning a paycheck, but because they genuinely believe in providing the best service possible. Any employee who does not maintain this philosophy should not work in a position involving interpersonal relations of any sort. If you are having a bad day and cannot function properly in the workplace because of this - treating customers with dignity and respect, regardless of how you feel about their lifestyle, manner, or purchases - then you should probably not be working the cash register or even, in the public eye. I was highly disappointed when I had the misfortune to witness an employee mistreat and insult one of the customers she had the privilege of serving. In response to said customer paying for an alcoholic beverage with a double handful of change (about $2 in nickels) she adopted, not merely an irritated manner with him, but a disgusted one. She told him that "if you have to buy it with change, then you shouldn't be buying it at all" and that the next time he brought change in, she would refuse to serve him (to which her manager said on a sigh, as if in commiseration & agreement, 'you can't... It's against company policy.'). The customer was completely courteous, even sincerely wishing her a good day, and bore no signs of having previously consumed any alcohol. I am appalled by her lack of professionalism and by her blatant judgement of a complete stranger. How he spends his money is his own prerogative. Just because she might be having a bad day and didn't feel like counting out his change, is no excuse for her behavior. I was once proud to bring my custom and support to Wesco, in spite of their high prices. I will not make that mistake again. From now on, I will do all of my convenience shopping at Buddy's, where one can at least expect to be treated with common courtesy. read more
