Alberto and Brady came this morning to tow my car to the dealership in Tyler. I received a text when they were on the way and when they arrived. They were both very professional and kind. I was nervous using Roadside Assistance for towing because you never know who you might get. They had it jumped and loaded very quickly and when they got it to the dealership I received a text with pictures and the name of the guy they gave my keys to. Poor communication and unprofessional customer service. After calling multiple times due to inaccurate and misleading ETA updates, the receptionist responded with a dismissive "What do you want me to do about it?" attitude. I lost my cool. I received a text saying the driver was "20 minutes out," but only 6 minutes later I was texted why I wasn't visible. The driver waited only a few minutes before leaving the location I had provided, despite the inaccurate ETA. I experienced a 3+ hour delay, and have reached out to another company. Try not to let them be chosen to do roadside service. They said 60 - 90 minutes. Then said 30 more minutes, waited that out and then they cancelled. In the heat on the side of the road all that time. Had to call another service took him 6 minutes to get there. Roadside service is not a priority for this company. read more

I requested a tow this morning for my car. I waited on the side of the road for three hours waiting for them. I had to call back my insurance company to dispatch another towing company. I will never use them again. And that towing company made it within 30 minutes. read more

These people are garbage, they do roadside assistance for insurance companies and that's definitely on the bottom of there list of priority. Don't waste your time, they are just about making that quick buck on accidents. read more

My daughter was forced by the Tyler Police Department to have her car towed here after a minor finder bender. She was not allowed to use our towing service.because the policeman told her she couldn't. I made arrangements to drive from Dallas on a Saturday to pay and have her car towed. When we got here, the driver left and said we just had to wait. Rude staff who obviously don't care about anything except making as much money as they can off the money from the owners of the cars the Tyler PD forces to be towed there. Sounds like someone gets a kickback somewhere. There's another lady here who is also waiting and said that she had to bribe the lady who answers the phone with $200.00 to even let her get here baby's supplies out of the car. Gotta love a small town. Don't do business with these people. read more

Just an FYI Tyler... as we were attempting to work on a customers car it broke down about 3 blocks from our shop. Tyler PD called Muggle Towing. We paid $175.00! We normally use Crow & an in town tow is $75.00. Do not use this tow company this is hiway robery! read more

Called this company to get an estimate and they sent a guy out without my knowledge, that same guy called the PD and forced me to pay him to move my truck into the parking lot 20ft away, instead of letting me wait for my wrecker to get there. 30min wait was far too long according to this officer. Wasted $60. What shady business practices, don't even call for an estimate. read more

Needed a tow. Was a bit difficult getting to the truck, but they did like it was nothing new. Fair price, super nice. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend, will use again if ever needed. read more

Paid to have car towed to auto body shop. Have voicemail from muggle saying body shop denied car. Spoke to body shop and he never has seen car. Called muggle and she adamantly told me car was denied and I would have to pay additional fee to have it towed again. I gave her body shop number and ask her to call him to rectify problem because I just spoke to him and he had never seen car. Over hour later called body shop and no one had called. Called muggle again and got runaround again and informed they were eating lunch and would get back to me. Three hours later, auto body shop calls me trying to find out what was going on, because they still hadn't heard from muggle. Had to call lawyer before dispute was resolved. Sad they were company on call with police when wreck occurred. read more

These people chased me around like a high speed chase ina action movie . First some dude ina mask tried to rip my door open, so I drove off cause that was trippy, then they chased me and basically tried to corner me in with a tow truck and a pedestrian car On several roads . The tow truck would drive in the opposite lane of traffic super fast and then get in front of me and I guess try and break check me or block me in with the other unmarked car chasing me .totally recklessly not giving two fs about anyone else it looked intense and crazy lol. He also had a little kid in the truck. Then they did some more stuff like that before I relized it was a tow company and not some maniacs trying to Rob me so I just pulled over. They then called the cops and the cops came and yelled at THEM for driving crazy. I guess they had a couple of people call in on them.im telling you they were doing crazy stuff. They gonna get the repos no matter what lol but they Should be safer tho . They both could of easily killed someone in that huge tow truck. If I could put negative stars I would. They took a call for my road side assistance insurance plan. They were on call for the city towing for wrecks and what not. They should have never took my call. They first said be there in 20 minutes. Then no one came so I called they said we had to drop you for a wreck. Then they said someone else would come. Then I waited for over 1.5 hrs and no one came. I called them back and no answer. I called roadside assistance and they called them no answer. So here I am waiting for another tow company to pick me up. Not the fault of my ins plan it was muggle rowing dropping the ball then dodging the calls. Unprofessional company!!!!! read more

Terrible service. I needed a tow, they accepted the job from my roadside assistance, then I guess decided it was not worth the effort because they dropped the job (did not tell me) and stopped taking my calls. I eventually called my insurance company back which is when I found out they dropped the job. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible on every level. read more

I just had the worst experience of my life talking with this place. I spoke to a Chris he refused to give me the owners name . Told me to take it up with my grandson would not even hear what I had to say. But he did say we would toe your car and charge you more then he said we want to your car at all. I believe that this young man knew he was talking to and Black woman and felt like he could not only treat me but talk to me any kinda way. So if you are of color or if you are white and believe in due process please don't use this towing service. I am in tears from the way I was treated. read more

This company recently repossessed my car. I was gifted a new one so I stopped making my payments and knew it was a matter of time before it was taken HOWEVER during the process, the assholes tried to ram my vehicle off the road, going 55 mph down a state highway with my CHILD in the car. I don't know much about repossessions but I do know breach of trust was not honored and I will be contacting the state and making a formal complaint. NO LIFE is worth ANY amount of money. This company should be ashamed of itself. Luckily I was not in the vehicle at the time, however had I been, I would have gone to jail for punching the driver for using his vehicle as a potentially deadly weapon and if my child would have been hurt, oh man, I would be suing your asses off. I let the finance company know your poor practice as well so hopefully nobody else in the area has to fear for their life over a fucking repossession. read more
