Aria (Allstate) rep stated that although Alan isn't a tow but tstated that he would come out and see if there was anything he could do at all. Alan changed one spare tire and double plugged the other ... Let stand abt 30 minutes and then trailed me a bit to get to the closet tire shop. Alan got out of his bed in Tyler, Tx at 5am for the flat rate my insurance covers. He was unable to jump my battery so I needed a tow. Because I am in Mineola, I called the closest towing company, which was Wyatt's Towing Service. Steve answered the phone, took my information and, in less than 20 minutes, a truck was there. The driver was courteous and efficient. He confirmed that the car could not be jumped and needed a tow. He confirmed the location where it would go, gave me the option of paying him or paying when I met him at the dealership. My vehicle was carefully loaded onto his truck and delivered safely and promptly to the repair shop. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Given the frustration of my situation, I could not have had a better experience.

I received a text saying the driver was "20 minutes out," but only 6 minutes later I was texted why I wasn't visible. The driver waited only a few minutes before leaving the location I had provided, despite the inaccurate ETA. I experienced a 3+ hour delay, and have reached out to another company. Good luck.
