What a heavenly combo that was! I took the time to slowly savour each sip. They're not just about coffee, despite the name. The Jasmine loose leaf tea is very fragrant and provides a very nice alternative to those who prefer tea. Feeling a bit hungry, I added an almond croissant produced by a local bakery nearby. I love how this indie is supporting his own local businesses. Better yet, the croissant was sooooo nice right to the last bite....and of course, I scraped up all the crumbs and enjoyed that just as much. The baristas were quite friendly to new faces like me (in fact I've here for several times but I'm not living nearby). My favourite coffee here is simply latte. The flavour was bold and full body which is also good to go with oat milk. The barista counter is in the centre of the space with most of the seats are allocated to inside of the space. They have the steps near the entrance for customers to wait or enjoy coffee there. I recommend this place for coffee lovers if you are in the East VAN area.
