Heated it up in our toaster oven and was super impressed! It was incredibly flaky. Never mind that it was two days old, it was better than a lot of freshly baked pastries that I've had in other places. If it was this good when it was 2 days old, then it could only be better if it were eaten on the same day it was baked, right? Highly recommend the pastries at Passenger Cafe!
