I would give zero if I could. He was the only neurologist that took my insurance. When I changed insurance I found another neurologist. The doctor doesn't listen to patients. Waiting room is always packed and wait times are 2 hours minimum, even if you're the first appointment of the day. I took paperwork that needed to be filled out by a certain date and he didn't fill it out in the two weeks he had it. Went to the office in person, still nothing. I made a fuss, came home, and then they called to say the paperwork was done. It was literally the last day for me to turn it in. And I had to pay for the "service"! read more

Definitely I can't recommend this neurologist. He first passed me off to his Nurse Practitioner after I took an MRI and EKG head and brain scan to see why I am suffering from seizures and/or tremors. I understand that I am on Medi-Cal from the wonderful State of California. But I'm relying on Doctor Kundi's professional expertise and advice to treat my seizures/Tremors on my affected left side from the multiple strokes that I suffered and endured. I already went to the emergency ER at Good Samaritan hospital for the shaking that I simply cannot control. I'm still dealing with this under Dr Kundi's guidance to this day as I type this important review because I was back in the ER last week and was admitted for 3 days and 2 nights at Queen of the Valley Hospital. Queen of the Valley has the absolute best doctors and nurses and staff to treat my year long stroke symptoms. I don't like bad mouthing Dr Kundi and his kind office staff. They usually treat me with respect. But just no I am still dealing with seizures and was prescribed medication that I learned has horrendous side affects from and with the advice from staff and doctors at Queen Valley this medication I received from Kundi I am highly allergic too. Queen of the Valley doctors and nurses helped advised me on how to manage my pain. It was my pleasure in getting to know all the staff over there and making some of them laugh with Dad Jokes I have memorized because laughter is the best medicine!!! Dr. Kundi cut me off when I was starting to explain why I was on an antidepressant that can cause seizures in SOME people. I was literally in the middle of saying, "I've been on this before and I don't have seizures as long as I stay on my anti-seizure meds," when he cuts me off yelling at me to get off that antidepressant. I did not have a good experience with him my first appointment. He kept not listening to anything I had to say. I'm going to be finding a new neurologist. I've been going to them for 20 years, I know that I should be treated better than how he treated me. In addition to that, I needed to reschedule an appoint and was told I couldn't be seen for MONTHS. read more

Staff was uncommunicative & unprofessional and all they did was talk amongst themselves about how one of them got a speeding ticket for going 120 mph, and they were drunk, and that they have a friend in the police department that they were going to ask to help get away with it. No one cared to let us know how much longer we had to wait. We waited over 40 minutes without being told anything, so we decided to leave as it was very bad customer service. It was a complete waste of time, and to add insult to injury, when we had made our initial appointment, we went to the doctor's Glendora office, and we called them to let them know, and they said "Sorry, we do not accept patients more than 15 minutes late." Came here with my partner. The staff was very unprofessional and all they could do was gab about their personal lives while neglecting me and the other patients waiting to be seen. This office is a joke especially the alleged doctor. He was over one hour late to my scheduled appointment and could care less how late he was. His staff needs extensive training on dealing with patients. No one gave me an update while I waited and when i left the doctor could care less how late he was and was very condescending. I demanded and received my copay back. This office deserves zero stars. I work in customer service and maintained a professional attitude despite being very frustrated. I don't want other patients to go through this horrible ordeal. Please don't go to this office. I never post but this lack of professionalism at this office has me posting. I brought my mom to see Dr. Kundi for the first time. Her appt was at 1:45pm, it's now 3:30 pm and still waiting to be seen by the doctor . I asked the receptionist how much longer? She responded there are two more patients ahead of her, the wait here is usually about 2 hrs or so. WTF! They should tell patients when scheduling appointments that it's a 2 hr+ wait, had I known I would have not made the appointment for my mom.. Hopefully he's good? My mom was referred to this place because she has memory loss and every time we come in with a appointment and wait over two hours to be seen and when seen only get about 10 minutes of observation. This dr is a joke and the staff idk what the hell they are thinking scheduling at least 3 patients at 9:30!!! If you are seeing Dr. Kundi, you must have an HMO. So sorry. Dr Kundi himself was very nice and thorough. He took his time chatting with us, which we appreciated. The girls in the Glendora office are sweet. Even if you live next door to their West Covina office DRIVE TO GLENDORA! There is a "woman" named Grace who says she is the office manager of the West Covina office. She is unprofessional, loud, obnoxious, and rude. How does someone like that even have a job?? She will interrupt you, talk down to you, and does not listen to what you say. It took me 2 weeks and many frustrating phone calls to finally get an appointment. They are very disorganized, and no one seems to know what is going on. After my visit with Dr. Kundi, he ordered some blood work. I am currently in my second week of trying to accomplish this. Déjà vu. Many frustrating calls back and forth because Quest Diagnostics needs some kind of confirmation from the doctor. Nobody knows what they are doing. Word of advice - make sure he specifies which tests you are to have done ahead of time. Bottom line, get a PPO and another doctor. read more

This dr. Is the worst. My boyfriend had a seizure a year ago. Since then he has had to see the dr. Every 4 months for work release. Well a year and no medication and dr. Saying he was fine. Sunday 4/3/16 he had a seizure and we crashed head on to a parked car Hospital test show he has been having mini strokes and seizures for more than a year every day We could have killed ourselves or someone else. I have to agree with all the negative reviews on here. Dr. Kundi is extremely unfriendly and condescending. His Glendora office is basically a waiting room, they don't have any equipment there, any tests are referred for future visits to his other locations (and another co-pay, no doubt). I refuse to patronize his office again and will call my insurance to get a referral to another neurologist. read more

Before my appointment with Dr. Kundi I was thinking twice before setting an appointment due to all the bad reviews. I did have to wait long but Being in the room I realized everyone waits long because Dr. Kundi likes to take his time with all his patients. So waiting wasn't a problem, the girls are sweet and very professional. I didn't get all the girls names but I do know one of them is Cherry or Sherry either way she's very polite and I kept seeing her busy calling patients and checking in the patients that entered the office. read more

I went to kundi's west covina office. I first went because I have migraines which resulted in me having a MRI. Well the first visit I spent about a hour and a half in the office when i had a scheduled appointment. When I finally got in I spent another hour waiting to see the doctor. Stupid right. So i came back for my results for my MRI which I had in June!!!!! My appointment was at 10:45. A hour later there was still 3 people ahead of me. It was hot and over 15 people in the waiting room. There was two people scheduled at the same time which was 10:30. They were still waiting. They are horrible at scheduling and takes even longer to see the doctor who you might see for maybe 3 minutes. Lets just say I made sure to change my doctor and made a big stink about not sending anymore people there. read more

Dr. Kundi is one of the worst doctors ever. I saw him once about 5 years ago and would never go back. Not knowledgeable at all. My dad was at Foothill Hospital back in June. I came to find out that doctor Kundi was one of the doctors assigned to his care. I recognized the name. We were told my dad had suffered a stroke. Dr. Kundi along with Dr. Arminovin sent my dad to hospice, instead of a rehab facility where he should have went. At the time my family and I had no idea what hospice was. The hospice doctor Dr. Kalkat and the nurses denied my dad an IV and feeding tube. My dad ended up dying in hospice from dehydration. Do not take your elderly loved ones to see Dr. Kundi, or Dr. Arminovan if they have had a stroke. They don't want to help them to get better. They will just send them to hospice to die. My dads insurance would not pay for him to go anywhere else due to these doctors diagnosis etc. So we were left up a creek with no paddle. read more

Shameful! I'm not clear if this doctor is competent, but his office operations certainly are not. Three appointments. Arrived on time for each. MINIMUM of 1.5 hour wait. Not enough waiting room space. People sitting on the floor in the hall. This is a neurologist so some of his patients aren't fully mobile! Dirty examining room. Small table on wheels is his "desk". Tried to talk about how to "work" with him to be seen nearer to "on time" and was told basically "take it or leave it". The office can't find pharmacy numbers to place prescriptions. Simply unbelievable that he continues to have patients with this poor level of service and "bedside manner". Glendora deserves better! We won't be returning! read more

If there was a minus star, I would love to give it! I don't know which is worse, the office staff or the doctor. I needed authorization for my autistic and epileptic son's epilepsy medication. Sounds simple, right? I tried for 8 weeks to get the doctor to make one simple phone call! When I revisited him after trying to deal with his office staff(who promised to call me with updates and NEVER did! Lying to me)he told me to try the meds the insurance company would cover and if my son had a seizure he would prescribe something else! I'm sorry ...I'm not waiting for my son to have a seizure. And the doctor inferred it was my problem because I didn't hand carry the necessary forms. I then tried, yet again, to ask the office staff to help me. I heard nothing for a week. He then left town (again) knowing my son's medication issue had not been resolved. Listen, there has to be a "nice" neurologist out there who cares. It is NOT THIS ONE.
