His two favorite people are Diana and Amanda, and honestly, they are my favorites too. They have helped my son so much. They work with him on preschool learning, and they have been incredibly supportive with potty training. Because of their patience and guidance, Kamran behaves really well there and at home he is now almost fully potty trained You can truly tell that Diana and Amanda care deeply about the kids. They are compassionate, respectful to parents, friendly, and very easy to approach. Every time I see them, it's obvious how hard they work and how much love they put into what they do. Working with children is not easy, it takes a special heart and special kind of person. They really are superheroes in this field, and they are a huge asset to this company. The owner also introduced himself to me and showed appreciation, which meant a lot. That level of hospitality made me feel even more comfortable and safe bringing my son there. I actually drive very far just so Kamran can attend this location. I truly wish there was a KidsPark closer to where we live, that would be perfect. They keep excellent communication through the app so while I'm at work every day I can keep up with all the fun things my kids are doing. It's been awesome at the end of the day being able to ask my 4 year old about specific things she did or learned that day. The owners are also incredibly friendly and transparent and their attention to detail is impressive. I told him I was sorry as the spot wasn't marked reserved. He points to a tiny sign stalls away and says well it says it right there. Well most of the spots say reserved, the one I was in did not. I would never ever send my child to a place that talks to people the way he did over parking in the wrong spot. Can't imagine how they teach the kids in there. 0/10

They encourage, teach, coach and support his growth and development. Truly outstanding experience with the teachers and curriculum. I also love the two music teachers and yoga teacher. The corporate office is a different experience and we have had repeated issues with the billing department but they are making efforts to address those. Overall I am so grateful for the teachers and how much they care about all the children. I am very happy my son is at the school - the teachers are amazing!

The school can do a better job supporting their staff and could benefit from a few upgrades, not just for the kids, but also for the faculty. One thing to also note, and something that is completely out of the control of the teachers; there have been some issues with billing and invoicing that has been a known problem over several years. It would be recommended to monitor your payments. Over billing has been challenging and the finance team has been unable to process refunds or correct the billing cycles properly. The fours stars is solely based on the teachers. They would have five if the owner and finance team re-invested in this facility, staff, and a better finance team.
