This is an excellent company. Honesty and integrity in all they do. Patrick, the owner, explains everything to me with such patience and detail, as requested, when I've been unfamiliar with the products being used or nervous having two young children in the house. He has even recommended additional steps we can take to further safeguard our home and yard from pests and has pointed out areas where we may need to take action or pay attention (we have been doing backyard projects and Patrick points out areas where scorpions, etc would love to hide, like under a pile of dirt on a tarp, and to be careful when clearing the area). We have used their services for almost a year now and have been more than happy with the way they go above and beyond in all they do. I always receive a personal phone call letting me know they will be coming out to spray and reminding me to leave the gate unlocked and side door to the garage unlocked as well so he can spray. He locks up after himself when he leaves so I know our home is always secure. We had a scorpion issue when we first moved in but am happy to say with Mule Mountain's help we haven't seen one in months - and we still hunt occasionally at night with a UV light. Mule Mountain Pest Control is the Best! When I first moved in in 2011, the nickname for my home was scorpion ranch! It became very apparent why! Opening the front door, one dropped on my head! I had one in my bed that stung me three times under the arm! Later I got stung twice on my foot! And my little Chihuahua/Yorky got stung making him very sick for days and of course making me very worried! Mule Mountain put me on a schedule as well as educated me on scorpions hunting habits. Within a couple of months I begin to see a decrease and by the following spring hardly any at all. I arranged for financial assistance to have mule mountain to do a complete exclusion on my home which ultimately stopped excessive invasions of any pests. They are always Thorough, efficient and professional they treat you like family whether it's Carol at the front desk or Armondo coming to take care of the house. And he always has a smile on his face with each service. He makes sure to ask if there's been any activity or changes regarding pests and if he needs to make any changes with the service. I requested a one-time service of spider control on the outside. I was expecting to pay over $200 for outdoor service. It turns out it only cost me $125 for indoors and outdoors! We had at least one black widow that we knew of that was happily living in our wicker furniture on the patio. For several years we fought him (and maybe some of his buddies) to no avail! After coming back from vacation and finding my black widow friend had invited guests, I got fed up and called the pros. I live in Bisbee and had seen Mule Mountian in the neighborhood, so I checked out their reviews and was confident that I was making a good choice. Hector explained to us that the product he was using was not harmful to lizards and animals with bones. We even got a helpful tip on how to release lizards from glue traps we may occasionally set out for crickets in the home. We have used Mule Mountain for years, but everything has changed recently. We were told we had to have an inspection first costing us 100.00. That was fine, but after I paid 100.00 for the inspection (we were told the 100.00 would be applied to future service), they sent me an invoice that said I paid 5.00 and I owed them 95.00. After that got straightened out, we scheduled service to treat our gopher mounds. The gentlemen that came out to provide the service were wonderful and did a great job, but the billing and the cost of service were confusing. After the first service I was billed 35.00 which should have come out of the 100.00. Then that got straightened out. We required a second treatment and then I would owe them 40.00 more dollars. So, bottom line, the 35.00 we paid for years for each treatment now costs us 70.00 for each treatment. I guess that is what we call inflation. read more
