You are about to make the most important financial decision/purchase of your life, wouldn't you want to assure yourself that you are not about to blow your money on a house that will require thousands of dollars if repair? Mr. Randall will inspect every inch of the house! AND I MEAN EVERY INCH! He provides very detailed inspections and backs up every section with pictures and advice of what was installed incorrectly by a contractor or home owner and what may have been repaired. He will include in his report everything he finds and i mean anything that is out of building or installation code. If the inspection does not allow him to look inside of possible code violations he will still recommend further evaluation by a specific license contractor for your benefit. I have never honestly seen any inspector crawl through an attic like he did to inspect trusses and framing like he did along with the under framing of the roof.I have dealt with other inspectors who lets just say nicely are a little heavy around the mid section which doesn't allow them to do this type of physical inspection. Q: can a drone spot a "soft spot" on a damaged roof? Add ons. Is a termite and waterline inspection worth the extra cost? Yes, if the home inspector accesses all areas. No, if partial.
