Even though I went with the base options, they still handled the job thoroughly. Everything looks great. They are also fantastic at handling questions that might come up after. If a small issue is noticed that might need to be looked at, they are responsive and will follow up with you. I see one or two reviews mentioning service time. During certain times of the year, home improvement companies have to schedule way out. Whether it's roofs or windows or whatever. Parts have to be ordered, jobs are dependent on the weather.. ignore those. These guys are professional and first class.

The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were very courteous, professional and hard working. They were also very meticulous, making sure everything was square, insulated and sealed. Also, Mitchell, our sales guy was also very courteous and professional, explaining the details and options of what they offered. Long story short, I would HIGHLY recommend Tommy D's for window replacement. Next year we are going to replace some external doors and Tommy D's will be our go to company!

Office told contract installers to cut my wall to make the wrong door fit. They took weeks to get the next door that leaked water underneath and around the door knob. They returned 3 times to fix last person was mgr for the installers who said Ma'am we will replace it if it leaks again. BS! August - sent new door knob, put caulk in the hole before the new knob. Sales guy stated he would be my POC if there were any concerns but like the song Go on take the money and run pathetic employees and service What kind of 5 year old makes this decision Well now it has been winter and the could air comes in around the windows and I could just leave the door open and have same protection DO NOT use Window Nation - do it yourself with Duct tape and caulk or just remove doors and windows still better off yep!

The house is approx 50 years old, owned by my 70+ mother and a few companies had sent salesman to…read moreconvince her she needed to replace every window in the house. She didn't. Only one window had some dry rot and other damage around it, and I was so glad to find this company who sent out an estimator (who is also a carpenter and would be the person installing it/fixing all the trim etc). This wasn't an emergency, so the length of time between my initial call, when the estimate happened, when it was emailed to us, work confirmed and deposit paid. another visit to get exact measurements for the glazing (that's a technical part I maybe misspeaking) and then the actual installation/repair was approx 6 weeks total. Which was fine. Everyone at the glass guru was very responsive, communicated easily and thoroughly at all steps. The total didn't change even though we had some ant infestation issues and more wood repair work was needed than initially estimated. So thankful to not have to spend $$$ to replace all windows, but only the one that truly needed to be replaced.
