Then a year or so later more started losing gas, they were replaced, but we noticed that the window panes were not exactly the same, we had etching in the glass and the measurements were not the same as the originals. We complained and more windows lost gas, no resolution. Covid hit, couldn't do anything. After covid started contacting them again, no resolution. These were supposed to be warrantied for life. We have at least 2 windows that have lost gas, one a repeat. A latch is broken again on one of them and the two or 3 of them don't match in the panes. I would not recommend them.

Only one window had some dry rot and other damage around it, and I was so glad to find this company who sent out an estimator (who is also a carpenter and would be the person installing it/fixing all the trim etc). This wasn't an emergency, so the length of time between my initial call, when the estimate happened, when it was emailed to us, work confirmed and deposit paid. another visit to get exact measurements for the glazing (that's a technical part I maybe misspeaking) and then the actual installation/repair was approx 6 weeks total. Which was fine. Everyone at the glass guru was very responsive, communicated easily and thoroughly at all steps. The total didn't change even though we had some ant infestation issues and more wood repair work was needed than initially estimated. So thankful to not have to spend $$$ to replace all windows, but only the one that truly needed to be replaced.

Office told contract installers to cut my wall to make the wrong door fit. They took weeks to get the next door that leaked water underneath and around the door knob. They returned 3 times to fix last person was mgr for the installers who said Ma'am we will replace it if it leaks again. BS! August - sent new door knob, put caulk in the hole before the new knob. Sales guy stated he would be my POC if there were any concerns but like the song Go on take the money and run pathetic employees and service What kind of 5 year old makes this decision Well now it has been winter and the could air comes in around the windows and I could just leave the door open and have same protection DO NOT use Window Nation - do it yourself with Duct tape and caulk or just remove doors and windows still better off yep!

I am about 3-4 payments made and still do not have a complete project. They measured wrong and my French Doors do not have the storm doors needed to protect the frame from the elements. Our installer was awesome...but he can't complete a project without proper supplies. We've called for follow up...waiting for a complete call back as to why there's not a rush on our storm doors. WHY???? The install date of the doors was pushed back a couple of times...my payment wasn't! I'm deeply saddened with this experience...thought I'd found a trustworthy company....only to be just another commission for a salesperson we will never hear from and will not advocate for us. Looks like they are getting their money and just don't care. I referred a friend and wax supposed to get an incentive...well that never happened...was told their salesperson never wrote it up. Once this project is done...back to the drawing board for another reliable and dependable company for our future projects.

Then the second install day was cancelled because they didn't get the job done the day before. Then todays appointment was rescheduled because of snow. That we got over the WEEKEND but I was only notified at my appointment time that we would need to reschedule again. Will I EVER get my windows? I don't know. I can't cancel my order. They have my money and I have no windows four months later.
