However, the basement was not finished, but had rough-in plumbing installed. We were looking for someone to finish the basement (4 rooms total), including adding an additional bedroom with closet and full bathroom. This included all electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, door installation, flooring, trim, and painting. Mike was quick to respond to my original inquiry, come check out the space, and provide a quote. He was timely, friendly, and easy to collaborate with. We changed our mind a few times on final design - we appreciate how patient he was with us while we narrowed in on the final plan. The final quote was very detailed and he provided helpful information on the areas for potential cost increase (given that the home is old and there could have been unexpected things identified after work begun). This helped us set our expectations for the project. During the project, he kept us up to date on progress or concerns and kept the area very clean (ensuring very little debris made its way outside the basement into our home). He managed all of the subcontractors (electric, plumbing, carpet, etc) so we didn't need to worry about a thing. Made it super easy by having one point of contact! His work speaks for itself. There were a lot of difficult aspects of the basement to figure out (i.e. uneven walls and ceilings, tricky vents or pipes along the ceiling, water/electrical shutoffs needing to be accessible, etc), but he managed to turn the space into exactly what we were looking for. The attention to detail makes all the difference! In the end, the project took about two months (including carpet installation) and final cost was in line with the estimate. It seemed like they didn't even read my online submission as they called and immediately tried to schedule an appointment without providing a quote. After declining a $600-$800 amount, we hung up. I then received multiple phone calls from a couple of different people and agreed upon a $500 = tax for ~$542 to replace the rails, rollers and fix the locking mechanism. When the apparent "unrelated" worker showed up, he informed me that they did not replace rails (Youtube videos showed otherwise but regardless...) but he would clean it. When he had completed the roller replacement, he was unaware he needed to fix the locking mechanism. He then replaced it as it was a mechanism that had to be replaced vs. repaired as it was enclosed. When it was all said and done, the rollers were replaced and the lock was replaced but the rail was not replaced and I was charged ~$30 more than agreed upon which was already higher than I thought it should be. The worker was excellent but the rest of the experience was lass than desirable in my opinion.

Nick was swift but delicate throughout the process & his caulking was very clean. His removal and install were impressive, never forced anything & clearly mechanically inclined. Final all in price was $251.32! I called 2 competitors for estimates and they were 1) not as friendly and 2) 30-50% more expensive. After submitting a request online, Bradley contacted me first thing the next morning and scheduled to come by the house later that afternoon. After explaining on the phone my problem, he communicated his suspicions of the issue and stopped by later to confirm. Turns out, the issue wasn't with my roof but a loose/leaking exhaust pipe in my attic that apparently someone had stepped on at some point in the past. Although he could not perform the repair as it was a plumbing issue, I truly appreciate the great customer service and sanity check he provided. The two guys would come for a couple of hours and then leave. The doors are other issue all together. We had all our exterior doors replaced and a screen door added. The screen door fell apart within the year. The front door has warped and we are unable to open it. Another doors on the garage wad not properly install and did a quick fix. If I would do over again I would have gone with another company for the doors. The windows they seem fine just the length of time to get them installed.
