Went for karaoke on a Thursday (they have trivia beforehand!). The karaoke with DJ Mikey is so much fun! I ordered the bone-in wings which were amazing! Compliments to the chef! And they make their own Bleu Cheese dressing that has HUGE chunks of Bleu Cheese in it! Yum! The service is fantastic, too! Shout out to Jocelyn, Liz, Kristen, Grace, and the others whose names I don't know (yet, lol)! Alex (I'm unsure of his title) is superb as well! And I cannot forget the people who work back of house... the unsung heroes/backbone of the hospitality industry... Busmen, Superb Cleaners of Dishes and Silverware and Floors and Such, and anyone else who has a hand in making Mulligan's such a happy, satisfying, safe, welcoming place. Had been hearing a lot of positive talk about Mulligans Grille here in New Hartford, so we had to go check it out this afternoon. We live close by, it's only a half mile away from our house -- within walking distance ! The place had a "Rustic vibe", with an industrial look, we liked the atmosphere as soon as we had walked in. We ordered a calamari appetizer and a dozen Sweet & Spicy Wings to start off with. My wife also went with a Malibu Dream cocktail for her drink (it was outstanding). Calamari was excellent, marinara was spot on. Wings were meaty with a crispy outing coating, and the sauce was flavorful, but not overpowering. My wife's Steak sandwich was served on fresh grinder roll, the ribeye melted in her mouth (I sampled a bit of it, and plan to order the Steak sandwich on my next visit to Mulligans). My Caesar salad was also very fresh tasting. Service was stellar, Carolina was friendly & attentive. Mulligans is a Winner, an easy 5 Star rating. We plan to be back again very soon. read more

The place is charming. A huge improvement over the prior restaurant in the location. Good menu variety. We tried so far burgers, chicken sandwiches and a huge grinder. All decent. Service was good, the bar area was a bit loud on a Sunday. Band was too loud to talk over. All in all, will go back. read more

We've eaten at Mulligans three times now and love it. It is on the second floor of what looks to be an old factory. There is an exterior staircase and an elevator on the opposite side of building that i haven't checked out yet. The Ambiance is very nice and relaxed. Perfect for Jeans and a polo or "T" for the men and women just do you and you'll be fine. When you come in, you are standing in a big room with booth seating and tables. There is another room just about 25' down and they have live music and i heard they do comedy..i can't verify that. My wife gets a grilled Chicken wrap that she really loves and i get the Bacon BBQ burger and fries or onion rings. Delicious! The only thing i change is i ask for no butter on my burger roll. Its tastes great, but if you go that route ask for a stack of napkins coming out of the gate. The servers are really pleasant and i never feel like i'm being waited on by someone that hates their job or just plain rude. I recommend Mulligan's and i'm sure you will too! read more

Service was excellent. From the hostess to the man cleaning the floors everyone was super attentive. The decor is industrial which suits the old factory building. Everything is immaculate. Rode with a group and stopped in for lunch. What a great place! Since we were a larger party, they set up a table in the back room which gave us plenty of room. The place is beautiful inside and you can tell a lot of consideration went into the look. I'd call it "warehouse chique" looking modern and rustic at the same time. It's such a cool vibe! The service was AMAZING and every single staff member who walked by our table greeted us or asked if everything was okay. I had the apple walnut salad and added the Cajun chicken. Opted for the half portion and it was huge! I had to asked for a larger plate just so I could mix it. Our third time eating at Mulligans and each time has been outstanding. Atmosphere in an old factory is super cool. The wait staff has been excellent each time. The owner has come by to check how things were. We had heard great things from friends about the wings so we got some. They have a huge selection different wings. We opted for two we have never had before. We got 6 dry rub lemon pepper and 6 with Spicy Peach sauce. They were as hot and crispy cooked to perfection. They were big meaty wings too, not little skimpy ones. They were both so good we will get them again for sure. For dinner we had a chicken parm grinder with house Vodka sauce and tater tots. All was hot and delicious. We are so lucky to have such a great spot nearby. read more

Excellent excellent salads! I've been ordering salads everywhere lately and this is definitely one of my top 2 picks! Had one the other day with my coworker and we couldn't wait to order again! They use great quality spring mix, grilled Cajun chicken is well seasoned, juicy. Great salad dressings, "real ranch" as I like to call it, house-made blue cheese is excellent too. This hidden golf course in Terryville was a great surprise! It was a gorgeous day, and Mulligans offered outdoor dining overlooking the golf course and lake. It was so beautiful and relaxing. I ordered a grilled chicken fajita wrap filled with chicken, carmalized onions, cheddar cheese, and roasted peppers served with sour cream and salsa with a side ceaser salad. It was delicious! My daughter ate the crispy chicken bacon wrap with lettuce tomatoes and red onion with honey mustard dressing and hand cut french fries. She enjoyed her meal as well. Mullligan's Grille is a solid 5 star establishment. We've been to Mulligan's twice now. The first time being slightly better than the second. The Chicken Parm grinder is amazingly good. Solid tasting sauce, MOIST, tender chicken. Very tasty, fresh, bread as well. The soft pretzel was the best thing we ordered. It came with a cheese sauce and some honey mustard. Plenty of sauce to last the whole pretzel. Buffalo Chicken sandwich was really good. About what you would expect out of a Buff Chicken. French Fries here are excellent. Crispy and fresh tasting. I'm thinking they are made in house. They taste like it! The second order they were all out of the soft pretzel so we got the boneless wings instead. Maple Bacon and Sweet and Spicy. Good quality boneless wing if not just a bit on the dry side. The Maple Bacon was not what we were expecting but still pretty decent. Overall I'm really liking Mulligan's as a great option for dinner. Prices are about average and the quality tends to be top of the line. Will keep ordering from Mulligan's as long as they can maintain this type of food! Great job! read more

We have ordered delivery several times from Mulligans and the food is always delivered speedy fast and packaged so well! The salad with apples and grilled chicken was delicious and my boys devoured their burgers. lol... what's unfortunate is that cover up. Anyone who read my comment just know that my story was far too far fetched to make any of that up. Responding hysterical and justifying your unprofessional & dishonest actions is childlike and shows no remorse whatsoever ever. I was being screamed at. This lie about me blowing up their phone one day lol... as I stated I waited 3 weeks before following back up. I spoke to someone, said I'd call back in about 5 minutes after she spoke to the last Shannon that she told me she'd speak to, waited about 20 minutes and when I called back I was hung up on. I obviously called back assuming it was some mistake. Then again & again... I think anyone would call back in disbelief that an establishment they were in communication with would actually block a costumers number. There are no red flags except for the costumer service I received. I finally called back on a blocked number (in disbelieve but needing clarification that I wasn't crazy for thinking they blocked me because again why would an establishment do that..) & the call actually went through I literally hesitated when this nasty man answered the phone & could barely get the words out "did you just block me" before he could answer I even said "& if you didn't I'm sorry if that sounds so rude it's just I'm trying to call & im getting sent straight to voicemail" that's when the man started screaming at me. They did offer me 2 new wraps & yes I politely declined & asked them to please just refund me instead. If they didn't want to give me a refund they should've never told me they would. Bottom line. Then to lie about a family camping trip in attempts to avoid any contact or update with me is absurd and highly unprofessional. The audacity to come up here & validate any of this situation is disgusting. This is the type of treatment first responders receive at mulligans grille I guess. Any grown man caught screaming over the phone at a woman to overpower her voice (when I wasn't even able to start a sentence to begin with) is threatening and unstable. It's not my fault that your impulse control is at a low & I felt like sharing my story. I don't wish that experience on anyone. I felt completely violated and believe me I will go into every detail should you attempt to reply back under this post. I am using an anonymous yelp you're absolutely right, i would never want my information accessible to these people after I was treated so disposable, disrespected and talked to so aggressively. Completely jerked around, I was nothing but extra nice and maybe that's the problem maybe I should've been more assertive coming to them. I've never written one of these in my life. I have much better things to do this is all so negative and so beneath me. But wrong is wrong. You know what you did, like I said, you never know what someone's going through or trying to get through so it's very important to always be kind.
