The Benefit counter had some really nice staff. Urban Decay varied a lot but most of them kept on eye on you too much like they were waiting for you to steal something. I'm the shopper that prefers to be left alone with maybe one Can I help you. The UD counter's staff tends to ask far too much. The people at the higher end counters like Dior and YSL were very helpful.

First stop in Waterford if you're coming from a cruise ship…read more Nice stop to check out all the beautiful Waterford crystals. There's a lot to look at. They also have a bar area that serves cocktails. There's also restrooms and a cafe for food & drinks here. Nice stop before getting the day started or ending the day. We got here early so we made it our first stop. We did notice that it got very busy as the day went on.

As an adult I can't tell you how fun it was to add this attraction to our Ireland list of stops. We opted for a full paid tour of the Waterford Crystal factory and it was amazing. Something different and unique. The tour is lead by a guide and it was nice that they didn't seem to overbook the tour slots. We were a group of about 20 and they spaced us out well between other tours. We were able to see the process from start to finish and the tour was about an hour long. Super great photography and videos of the men working the factory and actually using the old school machines to cut the glass, etc. Some of it is obsolete/historical, but they do the old-school craft measures for the sake of the tour. I loved that towards the end you were able to see completed pieces and unique crystals. A little nod to my hometown as they had some crystal made for the Santa Anita racetrack, super cool! A little piece of LA even all of the way in Ireland. We ended the tour by going through their vast store / gift shop which is open to the public if you don't want to pay for the tour. But really the tour is where it's at. The store was cool as they had a lot of fancy and unique pieces but nothing that I'd really get to travel with and a bit pricey for souvenirs. This was definitely a great tour and overall place to visit when in Waterford - 10/10 would recommend.

Could not believe when I went in all the beautiful things for baby girls. Spent a fortune but it was worth it. Must say the owner was very helpful and patient with me so a big thank you to her.
