They just wanted to sell me a new furnace. John, said he would come and take a look to see if he could do anything. Do anything???? He literally fixed it in less than 10 minutes!! His experience and knowledge was impressive to say the least. My unit is fixed, and yes I'm going to need a new one soon. And I'll be going to John to do it. Good honest man who does an amazing job, doesn't want to price gouge you or pressure you, when you are already stressed at having no heat in your home. I now have peace of mind, till I'm ready and able to replace.

I contacted John from JBN Mechanical and he came around the next day. He identified what he thought was the problem and came back the next day. The new part didn't fix the problem, and things were looking grim. But John went looking again and found a wire that had either been chewed by a mouse or scraped up against the unit's casing. He fixed this and recharged the system and everything is working very well. And I didn't have to buy a whole new system!! Joe came and fixed a blown fuse caused by a new Nest Thermostat, then took extra time, which he…read moredidn't charge me for, to teach my how to program my Honeywell thermostat and teach me how to run my heat pump more efficiently and save money. A couple days later, my fan in the heat pump stopped working. He came over the same day, did some tests, left came back with a manual for the unit, which he gave me, did some more tests and spoke with his parts distributor and then ordered some parts. He came back the next day, did some more tests and determined it was the motor. He replaced the motor and only charged me the labor to replace the motor plus the part. He then gave me more tips on to maintain the system. Joe is smart, fair, and very good at what he does. I'll be sure to call him again if I ever need anything else. Great guy and great business.

I called them to come out to get an estimate. They never gave me an estimate even though I called them 3 times. I just got a bill from them for $139.00 for them to come out to look at the damage. No one told me that there would be a charge to come out & not get back to me. I do not recommend them.

Dustin W was the main installer and he was very conscientious and cared about the quality of his work. He frequently check with me at various stages to make sure what he was doing was consistent with my expectations in terms of locating wiring, pipes, etc. I will say that one of the other guys installed a couple of the condensation drains and cut them too close to the siding so they left big ugly stains on the siding, but when I complained, they came back and extended the drains to eliminate that problem. In another place the condensation was dripping where it would cause the deck joist to rot (but I relocated that myself). Scheduling follow-up maintenance has been easy. Unfortunately Triangle was one of the few who responded to my requests for quotes so I don't have many comparisons but they seem to be sort of expensive.

Also didn't show up when they were scheduled, which screwed up my daughter's second shift work schedule.

Then, we discovered that the propane wasn't being filled by them so that is why it wouldn't light. After about 2 months of calling them asking for the propane to be filled, they finally sent someone out and filled it. Next, they claimed they couldn't inspect the fireplace without a pressure test of the line. Another 2 months of them no-showing for multiple appointments, they finally came in October and completed the pressure testing and inspection of the fireplace. Afterwards, I was told I needed a part which would be in the next week. After five weeks of not hearing anything, I called them. They told me that they have no record of ever coming out to my house and that they would have to come and do the same thing again. Then, when I told them that they had already been to my house for the service appointment, they told me that they have no record of me being a customer. They then wanted to charge me another insane amount to come out again. I'm finally just done and going to call somewhere else. Apparently these people don't want the business.
