The manager trued to give me a story about no communication but I told her that was her job and it wasn't right from the second time they came out. You cannot sue in PA for this which is upsetting because they are getting away with this kind of stuff. I have read others were treated the same. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I called. Do yourself a favor call anybody else they have to be better.

Then, we discovered that the propane wasn't being filled by them so that is why it wouldn't light. After about 2 months of calling them asking for the propane to be filled, they finally sent someone out and filled it. Next, they claimed they couldn't inspect the fireplace without a pressure test of the line. Another 2 months of them no-showing for multiple appointments, they finally came in October and completed the pressure testing and inspection of the fireplace. Afterwards, I was told I needed a part which would be in the next week. After five weeks of not hearing anything, I called them. They told me that they have no record of ever coming out to my house and that they would have to come and do the same thing again. Then, when I told them that they had already been to my house for the service appointment, they told me that they have no record of me being a customer. They then wanted to charge me another insane amount to come out again. I'm finally just done and going to call somewhere else. Apparently these people don't want the business.

They never fixed the problem Our units were not running properly and it caused our electric bills to be much higher than normal. We got tired of their lack of competency and called Allied. Joe came and fixed a blown fuse caused by a new Nest Thermostat, then took extra time, which he…read moredidn't charge me for, to teach my how to program my Honeywell thermostat and teach me how to run my heat pump more efficiently and save money. A couple days later, my fan in the heat pump stopped working. He came over the same day, did some tests, left came back with a manual for the unit, which he gave me, did some more tests and spoke with his parts distributor and then ordered some parts. He came back the next day, did some more tests and determined it was the motor. He replaced the motor and only charged me the labor to replace the motor plus the part. He then gave me more tips on to maintain the system. Joe is smart, fair, and very good at what he does. I'll be sure to call him again if I ever need anything else. Great guy and great business.
