Went on my own but when in company of good food i only need me, myself and I :)!! I started with 6 steamed Dim Sims with Soy Sauce for entrée which were very tasty :)!! Then had Sweet Coconut Rice with Chicken Chow Mein for my main which was also very tasty. Have had sweeter coconut rice but all places have different ways of prepping and flavoring their meals :). Only ate half of my main, normally I'm know for being a big eater.. so not sure if it was more food that i could handle or seeing as I've been on a healthy streak my stomach wasn't liking the sudden splurge haha.. Also when i went to pay the owner insisted for me to take home the food i had left over as they do but i was honestly way to full so i had to Decline, but what really put a smile on my face was that he wanted to know where i was visiting from and my background and we got into some small chit chat and i was complimenting him not only about his wonderful food at his establishment but how cosy Evans Head is and that I really enjoyed my short stay here :) Will definately give this Chinese Restaurant a 2nd go for the next visit :), Bye for now Evans head :)!!

The Chow Fun was really tasty. The sweet and sour pork was not over breaded. The Salt and pepper chicken was exceptional. The ones in Chicago usually has no breading this one did. The fried garlic they put on top also in the soft shell crab dish is enough to make fried rice. Water is NOT complimentary- neither is the tea. Otherwise I have no issues with the pricing considering where we are.
