The property was very well maintained, conveniently located, and had plenty of easy parking. I stayed here for one night during the Boots in the Park festival on a busy Saturday night, and I was genuinely impressed that my room only cost about $125 considering the demand in the area. Definitely a great value! My room (Room 107) was surprisingly large, modern, and comfortable. It included a desk, dresser, walk-in closet style with ironing area, microwave, refrigerator, and a very spacious bathroom. I also appreciated being conveniently located near the laundry room and ice machine... One thing that really stood out was how quiet the property was -- especially for a Saturday night during a festival weekend. I was able to relax and sleep comfortably without noise issues! Hotel manager Nim and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, especially with helping me out last minute during checkout. Their hospitality really made the experience even better. Overall this place offers both value and convenience in a great Santa Clarita location. I would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean comfortable, budget-friendly stay in the area!

He insisted let's reserved the room with your credit card number. I was like you sure I can check in at 3am? He said yes! Just need your credit card. So I gave him my card over the phone. I went to the hotel to check-in no rooms available. Hotel was at full capacity! . He doesn't know why the guy on the phone booked this when he didn't even call the hotel to confirm? So I was so mad! 3am Saturday morning. No Hotel. Every Hotel in the Phoenix area is full for the weekend. So I called the number back. Told him you lied to me! I want my money back! I want the chargers reversed ASAP! So I can have the money. He said it will take over 10 businesses days to get your refund! . WTF? I need the money now! You stole my money. Sold me a hotel room that wasn't even available! He was working under commission I found out. He was pressed to make a sale. So I couldn't find a replacement Hotel. I had to sleep in my car that night! The guy on the phone was a not helpful. Couldn't give me my money back right then! He said you got to wait 10 businesses days. I booked this with Expedia, but they send me to a Travel Agency under the name World Wide. Not sure how that happened? Never again! Booked a whale watching trip for the family on a weekday. The boat was half empty, it was not…read morecrowded at all. They had food and drinks on board to purchase. We tried the breakfast burrito and it was okay, not anything great. That's not surprising. The boat was decent, not rundown or dirty. Just getting a little older. Bathrooms were available on board. Service was good. We saw some finback whales, a sun fish and a lot of dolphins. It was pretty overcast and gray when we started. But the sun came out eventually.
