They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! On their way out, they quoted me to clean our HVAC vents, which I had not even thought of doing. I will definitely use them again.

There's an information desk to the left when you walk in and you can usually ask questions there, if there's no one there the cashiers can help. They do so many different things that I didn't know about - they rent power tools and it's super affordable (I rented a sander for 4 hrs for $10), they repair screen doors, they have garden supplies...the list goes on.
