Tatiana immediately worked with the property owner to arrange a pick up and same day delivery to the nearest FEDEX office and ensured proper labeling, packaging and insurance coverage for shipping on New Year's Eve. She kept me up to date and followed up with receipt for tracking number so I could directly manage FEDEX deliver to my home. What a relief to have her on the job. I felt like I was her highest priority and had a capable personal assistant on the ground who knew how to get things done quickly in Key West.
