These cleaners are exceptional! We've gone through a few cleaning companies that left our place damaged, did not clean properly, or left it messier than when they arrived. Multiservices does an extremely thorough cleaning job, they always complete specific tasks or focus areas that we ask them for. They are very responsive to all emails and the cleaners that come to clean for us are very respectful and always timely. The cost is the same each time and is well worth it for the detailed job. They are reliable, which is very important to us. We are moving from a condo to a townhome soon and will absolutely be carrying on our services with them! Please read on this as it might affect your decision. Please use this as a reference to make your own evaluation. I often work with coupe of individual cleaners to regularly clean properties, and they usually work out fine with occasional hit and miss. The advantage is obviously more cost effective. But the reliability is something that we don't have control when it comes to working with individuals. And it just so happened all of these individuals could not make it to a job that we needed done urgently in the beginning of school season. I took a chance on Yelp and fired away some inquiries. I got ahold of Multiservices Vancouver. The pricing - is somewhat you would expect from an established commercial cleaning company so it's more expensive but not outrageous. Effectiveness - This is where I was pleasantly surprised with. Many cleaners would stay at least four hours + just to get their time worth. But They finished the job in two hours. Communication - great from the get-go, they get your address, time of work, parking area, and area of garbage disposal. They ask for the focus of the job when they arrive, and ask for your feedback at the end. For us, they were effective and removed the unreliability factor of cleaners. read more

Contacted these guys for a 1 bedroom move-out clean. The owner was professional and the cleaners were nice but I am disappointed at the customer service. When I hired them to clean out the apartment, I let them know that it would be a deep clean of the fridge and the oven, pointing out a couple of things that had to be removed such as the top of the stove rings. When I did my final inspection with my landlord, she showed me things that were missed with the stove that I did not notice. This was my first time hiring cleaners for a move-out clean so I did not know every little thing. When I called the owner and also showed her the pictures, the response was that there was nothing they could do because a few days had passed and I had already given the a-ok for the clean. It really sucks because I had to pay extra for the deep clean on top of this, but it really wasn't deep cleaned. Contacted these guys for a move-out cleaning of my 1bdrm apartment. They were responsive and quoted an excellent price so we scheduled a time about a week in advance. When the day came however I got a call saying they were running late, and then even later. They had scheduled in 2 people from 3-6 originally, so I had my landlord coming just after that for the final inspection and keys turn over. When they still weren't there by 4 I was getting pretty worried, but the coordinator kept me up to date and said she was sending in a second team so I'd have 4 people for 1.5 hours rather than 2 for 3. The two teams arrived around 4:20-4:30 and were super efficient, dividing up the work and getting the whole place spotless by the time 6pm rolled around. They even pulled the major appliances out to clean underneath and behind, cleaned the fridge, oven, microwave, windows, baseboards, all the details. All four cleaners were young women who spoke primarily Spanish and they were a bit hesitant speaking English, but they could understand fine and we managed to communicate everything needed. Gave them a nice tip in thanks for such a good job also. Overall, a bit stressful with the delays, but these things do happen sometimes and they handled it fine and delivered on time in the end. Very poor service!! I hired Multiservices to do a move-in clean for a two bedroom townhouse, including carpet cleaning. Nearly $700 later, the kitchen cupboards were not cleaned inside or out. The appliances were not cleaned properly on the outside or pulled out to clean the floors, and the hood fan was not cleaned. The insides of the appliances were already clean prior to the service. None of the doors or marks around the switchplates were wiped down, and there were smears in the bathrooms that should have been wiped. When I contacted them, they said they will come back. I had already done it myself, as I was not prepared to wait several days to unpack my things. They should have reimbursed me for the work not done. read more

This is an excellent company to have clean your home. The staff are courteous and efficient. They do a thorough job in a condo that has a resident cat, therefore lots of cat hair around the unit. I have used Multiservices Vancouver over the last 2 years for house cleaning and I am very pleased with their work. I am gradually increasing my frequency. It's hard to find dependable, reliable cleaners and they make it so easy. I basically book my appointment through email, which they confirm and provide a "time window" when the cleaners (they always send 2) will arrive. They are always on time and they work for precisely 2 hours and then they are gone. They send different cleaners every time, which I'm okay with, and they ask what your priorities are and get right to work. I also like that they invoice you after the work, via email, and you pay direct. No money is exchanged with the workers and you have a receipt. Just used Sonia and her team's service this week. They arrived on time. Carpet and window cleaning are excellent. Interior detailed cleaning is also good. They came back the second day when I asked for a polish up on a few small areas of a big house of appx 4500sqf. They did a great job and even helped me to clean the outdoor deck rail without any surcharge. Price is very reasonable, work very professionally. I do hope to use them in the near future. Beware: After giving this business a bad review for inadequate service, the proprietor has responded publicly with lies saying our place was 3 floors (its two), that we have babies (only 1), that she will refund the extra money she tacked on the day of the job (she hasn't) and that our place was too 'dirty' (isn't that why we hire a cleaner?). She also blamed recent 'renos' which was a simple ceiling fix that resulted in some dry plaster on the floor which her cleaners did not sweep up. In addition, we have two levels but only asked for the bathroom and small bedroom to be done on the first floor (not the master bedroom/office). She also assured us the carpet cleaners would come 30 minutes before the cleaners left and they didn't come for more than an hour after the cleaners left. This ruined our household schedule for the day. Our place was easily done in 3 hours by one person at $20 an hour and she wants to charge $27/hour/person for two that can't even get the job done. There was dust on every surface, spots missed, objects on surfaces untidied, streaks on mirrors, corners missed, microwave untouched etc. She has also emailed me threatening to take me to court for giving her a bad review. I've been using these guys for a while due to a lack of available of individual cleaners in the city. I was told by them that I would normally get the same team each week to my house. Immediately that was not the case. Every week two different people came to clean my place. Their ability to do a thorough cleaning of the walls, trim, appliances and other normal household areas was excellent, but they are completely unable to provide any service that is specific to your house. Each week I had them clean the dishes and they put them back in the wrong place without fail. They could not seem to understand how recycling worked and would always throw the recycling in the garbage, filling up my garbage so that I could not use it. They also had problems simply figuring out which garbage can was for garbage and which was for yard trimmings and which garbage can was mine. I found them constantly throwing my garbage in the neighbours garbage can. They put things over and over again two close to my floorboard heaters causing them to melt. They moved things all around my house not leaving them at all where they found them and often putting things in the way of doors so that they could not be opened without hitting them. Then their owner told me that she would make sure that I got the same team each week so that I could show them the specific needs of my house, but for the first three weeks after that different teams kept showing up. I complained each week only to have an uncomfortable conversation with the owner in which she would make excuses about how she would try and have the same team come as often as possible but that she couldn't guarantee that it would be each time. Having different cleaners show up every single time is not the same thing as having different cleaners come every once and awhile due to unforeseen complications! Finally, I did get the same team to show up for a second week in a row, but they quite as soon as I started to show them how to do the recycling and asked them to put the dishes back where they belong instead of just randomly in whatever cupboard they found first. I can't recommend this company at all because they will not provide a individualized service that involves just the simple basics of cleaning a person's house. They are probably great office cleaners, but as house cleaners they are terrible. Do not use them if you care at all about recycling, keeping your stuff from getting lost or damage, or getting any service that is specific to your house. P.S. The two reviews that are below mine were posted within minutes of my review going online and within minutes of each other, so are probably fakes posted by the company themselves. I had tenants move out with stains left on the carpet, inside of the stove uncleaned, and the filter vents in my range hood filled with grease. These were the only things that needed cleaning, in addition to the carpet. They were the only company that were able to do both the carpet cleaning and then cleaning inside of the stove and my range hood all together! (they also did a quick clean on the outside of the fridge!). I had to call a few different cleaning companies- at least two companies would not even touch the range hood or inside the stove in addition to the carpet cleaning. Another company would have had to send two separate crews- one to do the cleaning (at a 3 hour minimum) and another to do the carpet cleaning- this would have added another 20-30% onto my total bill. (Even though this was going to be deducted from my tenant's damage deposit- I didn't feel the need to be excessive or unnecessary). Multiservices removed a lot of the stains with the carpet cleaning and put a lot of effort into the range hood and inside of my stove. I am very satisfied, and their prices are beyond reasonable. My time is valuable and I appreciate that they could do everything I needed, in an efficient manner. They are a true one-stop-shop. They were quick to respond to my e-mails and inquiries, and definitely work hard for their customers and money. I was told that they would have availability after Wednesday (I contacted them on a Friday) and I told them I could only do after Wednesday 3pm- and they were able to fit me in. Side Note: Looking at these bad reviews- some customers are very unreasonable in what they want and demand- and take to yelp as a ranting ground. Keep Moving Forward MSV! read more
