I hired Luis at ProClean to clean my large home after it was sold. We agreed that Luis would send two people on Monday November 11 after we moved out. I was a little concerned when I received a text two hours before to say they would be an hour late. However, an hour later two amazing team members showed up. They brought a vacuum, professional mops, and buckets of other cleaning materials. I gave them a tour of my home, outlined my expectations and problem areas and left them to do their thing. Four hours later I returned and they were just finishing up. We completed a walk through and not only did they address all the areas I identified, but more importantly they covered all the areas I wouldn't have noticed even finding a hidden keepsake that contains my daughters first teeth. The only thing they missed was the dust at the top of the rain shower in the master bathroom. And upon pointing this out they not only wiped it down, but also redid the rest of the tub as well. Update as of Dec 2019: I called Luis for a smaller job and was once again thrilled with the results. Although it required a little juggling, he was able to fit me into his schedule on short notice. The two person crew worked diligently to make the entire place shine, including an old cast iron tub. I used ProClean for the first time at the end of August, and was impressed from start to finish. The manager, Luis, responded quickly and has great communication skills. His team of three showed up on time and took a systematic "divide and conquer" approach. They moved efficiently through the 5 bedroom home and left all areas in great shape. The cleaning crew was both friendly and hard working as they did not take breaks during the 4.5 hour job. This is a professional operation that I will be using again myself as well as recommending to friends. read more

Communication was very responsive, excellent service on booking with accommodating our changing dates a few times with finishing our reno. They were flexible and reliable. The team of 4 showed up on time and cleaned our extremely messy post reno house of 4000sq ft. All the cleaners were friendly and had a great attitude. They were also reasonably priced. Not everything was detailed cleaned as I originally wanted but that can't be expected on the first pass of a reno clean up this size and messy. We hired them back since the dry wall dust was still in the floors and needed extra work and we a had our movers coming to move in all our furniture onto of these floors. I booked his team and 4 ladies came with all the cleaning supplies. They spent 4 hours cleaning the place. I've been disappointed in the past with cleaners but I was really happy with ProClean's service and would highly recommend them.
