This establishment is in the business of ripping off their customers. They have a good selection this is why I have attempted to shop here but the way they run their business is extremely sketchy. First shady experience was when I went in to buy Tangiers flavor the lady behind the register told me I could only buy Tangiers if I bought 2 flavors and I couldn't only purchase 1. Huh??? Second shady experience- stopped by when I saw a sign that said 20 percent off hookahs at the entrance. I looked around found one that I liked at the very top and asked for the price the guy working there said 500. Let me be clear this was a regular old hookah like every other traditional one I have owned- there is no way it costs 500. There was a price sticker on it said 250. I asked is it going to be 20 percent off 250 he said no 250 is the sale price. Loool, ok. Needless to say didn't buy the hookah left thinking never going back. I once went in and asked the owner how much a specific vape was (don't want to mention which it was) he said about $230 for me (making me think oh wow for me, so I'm getting a discount) thankfully I didn't buy it, two days later while in Glendale I want to a different place asked the price for the same exact vape and was told it was $60, I bought it on the spot at this other place in Glendale. And it's not only the vape, the vape, the vape juices, hookahs, hookah accessories, hookah flavors, especially cane mint all way too over priced. I'm a klutz so I break my glass constantly. I go thru male to male adapters like nobody business. But thankfully, Munchies always has the exact adapters I need. Went in the other night since I got a new piece and needed a new adapter, walked out with a nail that fits both my pipes at home and is metal so I won't break it! If I could give this place no stars I would! The service here is awful and they talk about you in Armenian with their co-workers. First of all I went in there, got a product, looked inside and wasn't what I asked for. So I went back inside to get my money back, and the old lady at the register said she couldn't do that because she's not the manager and it was opened BUT UNUSED. Might I add their no returns sign is in the top left corner of the store where NO ONE can see it! Long story short they're awful people who give you a hard time about a return when THEY ADVERTISED IT INCORRECTLY. might I suggest getting employees that draw their customers back in for more business, not rude old ladies who threaten to call the cops when they screwed up and you just want your money back. read more
