Ryan and Kandi were patient and helpful in answering my zillion questions. Kandi stayed late to meet me at the showroom to demonstrate the different stroller models. I want them all, but in the end chose the Indie for its versatility. The only dilemma I had was deciding on what color to get!

They recommended that I purchase directly from them via the website, I did this and received a recalled product in violation of federal law. Bumbleride has been less than receptive to me and only made contact with me after I filed a complaint with the CPSC. Furthermore, they proceeded to lie to me and tell me that they had been trying to reach me but that my phone had not been functional, however after my call to the CPSC amazingly the phone began to work... funny how that happens. Christina is less than a model customer service representative, she is rude and self righteous. She does not convey any sense of remorse or acceptance of responsibility for the fact that they shipped out a recalled baby product, it almost appears that this is a way of business for them.

I was dealing with blood blisters, a poor latch, doubts and fears about supply, and a baby that was temporarily not gaining enough weight. As a first-time mom, it was extremely stressful, and there were many tears. However, Juliana's visits always left me feeling more informed, reassured, and capable. We also did a weighted feed during every visit, which confirmed that my baby was indeed getting enough to eat. I still remember the relief I felt when I learned that. Juliana is a big reason why I decided to stay the course with breastfeeding. (Thank goodness, because now I LOVE it.) My insurance covered the cost of the visits, so I just paid the $60 travel fee. I also attended her breastfeeding class with my husband before giving birth. This was super helpful, but I recommend taking the class within 1 month of your due date. We took it a bit too early in my pregnancy, and forgot a couple things by the time I gave birth. Overall, I would highly recommend booking a lactation consultation with Juliana if you're in need of support!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, not pushy at all. They patiently answered all of our (many!) questions and helped us compare different stroller options based on our lifestyle and needs. We left feeling confident in our decision, which is such a huge relief as first-time parents! The store itself is absolutely adorable--full of the cutest baby items you can imagine, from thoughtful gifts and baby clothes to nursery must-haves. You can tell everything is curated with care. It has that perfect boutique vibe without being overwhelming or overpriced. Babies in Bloom is a true gem for anyone preparing to welcome a little one. We actually have quite a few Infantino products in our household. Our biggest one is the SlingRider (an over-the-shoulder baby carrier/sling). It's supposed to be really good for comforting a baby since it places a baby close to a woman's stomach. You'll probably have to ask my wife for more info on it (if you're curious). We also have a handful of their baby toys, which the li'l one loves to slobber all over. I'm sure that as she grows, we'll be adding more Infantino products to our rapidly growing collection of baby stuff. If you're looking for Infantino products, you won't have to go too far. We frequent Target and always find some of their stuff in-stock. I'm sure Babies R Us and Wal-Mart carry Infantino products as well.

We rented a Single City Mini GT stroller for a 3-day trip to Disneyland with my step-daughter and…read moreher 5-year old. On a previous trip to Disneyland (same length) we had opted to use the Disneyland daily stroller rentals and this was INFINITELY BETTER, it cost less, we got a better stroller and we got to keep it the whole time. With the daily rentals at Disneyland they make you return the stroller at the end of each day (there is no option for multi-day rentals) and you are NOT allowed to bring it past security into their hotels, so if you have a sleeping toddler you have to wake them up to get them to the room from a certain point depending on which hotel you are staying in. I chose the pickup/dropoff option rather than delivery and it was super easy to just swing by and grab it as I headed out of town. They texted me a code to access the building and the stroller was just there waiting for me when I got there. An unexpected benefit was that one of the employees (or owner?) happened to be sitting out front in his car when I arrived to pick it up and he jumped out of his car and carried the stroller and put it in my SUV for me. This was not expected but was such a nice touch showing the level of service they go to for their customers. Besides the ease of rental and the service, the price was amazing, less expensive for a 3-day rental than we paid for 2 days of daily rentals at Disneyland and you get a WAY better stroller. The stroller was so good in fact that my step-daughter said she was going to recommend this stroller to any and all friends back home in need of buying one. It was clean, it worked perfectly and suited all of our needs. I would recommend toddlers travels to anyone who needs a stroller for a few days (or longer) for family/friends who are coming into town with small children and don't want to schlep their stroller with them on the trip.
