Goose is easily one of my Frankfurt favorites (although no 5 stars... maybe one day). I go here…read moreoften because it is a short distance from my house and I love the scenery at the Palmengarten (I am reviewing their service at that location). The service is friendly, although usually seems like it's in the weeds. I typically go here to write or gather inspiration for articles as I am a nature lover and like being amidst the gardens and flora. Their waffles are top notch and I literally think they put something in them that has me craving them while just sitting at home doing nothing. They are SO dang good. They also serve good coffee (currently using beans roasted at Backyard) and some tasty wine. My only complaint about Goose is that the service could really be better. I know they often get an influx from the elderly population perusing the Palmengarten, but it can often be a mess. Since I go here often, I know the times to hit it up for a smaller influx of people, but it still seems disorganized. Nevertheless, I forget about all of this once I take a bite of my salted caramel waffle and coffee. I am not sure what is going on there with Sunday traffic lately. I went the other day and it was only for customers paying for Palmengarten. So, beware. Any other day of the week one does not need to pay to go here.

Omg! You don't need to go to Belgium to try the best waffles. Just go to Goose! They always have…read more2-5 different waffles (sweet or salty), they change the menu on weekly basis. But those creations, waffles are very insta photogenic. And always yummmy, they are unicorns and rainbows trust me! If I could I would give them a 10 stars.

I kept hearing about this place via other Yelpers and was desperate to give it a try. I went on a…read moreSaturday and it was closed. I was distraught and figured I'd probably never get the chance to eat there as the hours cater completely to the working individuals that work in close proximity to the place. I kind of wrote the place off. Fast forward months later (like six months later!) and I realize that I've kind of been eating here all along- just at their lunch food truck in Eschborn! And yes, it is awesome. I started going here a while back with my boyfriend for lunch since he works in Eschborn. The food truck is cheap, the seating area is packed to the brim with Indians, and the food is just plain good. I started going here during the colder months and they have a tented area that has heaters in it so that one can enjoy food on site. I have previously gotten a chicken vindaloo and it was nice and spicy and still super tasty. More recently as I've been switching back to my old vegetarian ways, I've been getting the channa aloo vegetarian thali. It costs 4,90 Euros. And seriously, the portion is MASSIVE. It also comes with a fresh raita and side of lentils and huge portion of rice. Sometimes I order naan, but not too much recently as the thali in itself is so filling. The chicken dishes are only 1 Euro more than the veggie ones. The food is no frills and so good for its price. While it may be catering a bit more to the German market, to see so many Indians eating here is refreshing and tells one that the food is of high quality and standards. I recently figured out that this was the same place by asking the guys running the truck. They even gave me a menu indicating differences between the locations and hours and what not. This is definitely the place to eat if in Eschborn.

This place is hands down the best thing that has ever happened to Eschborn's lunch scene. The curry…read moretruck is located near the Börse and is there every day, (not to be mistaken with another curry truck which is there once or twice a week). The food is fantastic and reasonably priced- for 5.80 you get a chicken dish with a veg side, raita and rice. For a little bit more, you can get a Bombay thali or a veg thali allowing you to taste a wide range of the dishes available. The food tastes brilliant and is perfectly spiced. The curry truck is part of the Bombay curry house on Mainzer landStr. I'd highly recommend people who are looking for places to lunch in Eschborn to check out this place- you will not be disappointed.

To be quite honest, I rarely crave pizza (I know- I'm hardly human for this). But in the event…read morethat I do, this place completely fits my craving and needs! It also leaves me not feeling 100 lbs heavier after eating it, but rather pretty guilt-free. I ate at Lizza at the Frankfurt Food Truck Festival last weekend. The fact that they offer low-carb and guilt-free pizza really appealed to me. The team running the stand was smiling and genuinely looked like they enjoyed what they were doing! They even struck up a conversation with me as the festival had just started and wasn't super busy (which it became later). They offered three or four choices of pizza and I ordered one with arugula and parma ham. The wait was around five minutes to get the final product. I was a bit hesitant as the crust is made of flax and chia seeds, but it turned out to be tasty and not bloating at all! I would have liked to have ordered one of their vegan/vegetarian options but one was with asparagus and the other had broccoli on it, which I'm not entirely fond of. The arugula and parma was well suited to my hunger and was delicious! It is nice to see places like this pop up. While they may not be the best place to serve everyone (I can't see an 85 year old Sicilian man stoked to have a low-carb pizza), it is ideal for me and many others out there. It is particularly great to see places like this do well and emerge on the street food scene for those with food allergies and intolerances. Nice job Lizza! I will be back and try some of your other products when I can muster up the excitement to consume broccoli or asparagus! :)
