He is my sister's childhood best friend's Dad and immediately felt like my family. Art and now Joe have been accomodating, clearly explain all details, they work fast, and through my life's changes, have filed my taxes with accuracy and professionalism. We have been doing our taxes and known Arturo for a couple of years now. My parents went with him and now years later I go with him as well. He is an honest and respectful man, don't have complains about his staff either. They run an organised and respectful establishment. Nothing at all to how the first reviewer expressed herself, not gonna lie the office is kinda small for all the clientele they get, and parking is kinda tight (it is L.A thought, it's always busy) but it's not in a "ghetto" area lol. Mr. Munoz has been preparing my taxes for many years. I am new to Yelp and I wanted to post some reviews of some of the places that I enjoy going. Mr. Munoz is very honest and ethical. The issue with tax preparers is that some of them will try to save you money by "stretching the truth" but as I have witnessed often times, these very aggressive tax preparation methods result in assessments much later down the road. I like Mr. Munoz because I feel confident that I will not have to face an audit and future assessments because he is knowledgeable about the tax laws, and he is ethical. I trust him completely with my taxes. I would highly recommend him. He also speaks Spanish! read more

I have been going to Eddie to have my taxes done and always pleasant and nice I use to live in the Valley and moved. I drive 3 hours to come and see him ( so worth it!). I went to Art Munoz and he kicked me out of his office. He was totally rude. He didn't want me to ask him any questions. He just kept saying, "I don't do things the way you do things." He seemed to think I was questioning his abilities and maybe I hurt his ego by asking him questions, but I really don't know anything about how taxes are done. I didn't know what paperwork he was talking about, but I had a pile with me and he got irritated. He kept asking me questions I didn't know the answer to, so I didn't feel that I was prepared to be there. I told him "Sorry, but I'll have to come back another time." He handed me my paperwork and said, "You can leave and go anywhere you want." I said, "You don't have to be rude." He said, "I'm not being rude, but I don't do things the way you do things. I'm not going to let you waste my time." He's down right ghetto. Maybe it's because he's in a scary neighborhood. read more
