After filing, I received an IRS notice stating they could not process my refund via direct deposit because the return was submitted without complete banking information. As a result, my refund has been delayed and had to be handled through an alternate method, which created unnecessary stress and follow-up with the IRS that should not have been required for a paid professional service.
