Worst Experience EVER! I went in today to file my taxes - I expected it to be busy since it was the last day to file so I decided to get there early. I arrived at about 8:20am and got in the line that was formed outside - I was the 8th person in line and I had my 2 year old son with me. At 9, Noeni the receptionist/Owners daughter - comes out and starts taking peoples information down. However, instead of letting everyone in, they leave everyone in the sun for another hour and finally let us in at about 10:10. After going in, we all sit down and wait. Throughout the time I was sitting there, I observed Noeni respond to a few customers rudely or made unnecessary comments like "you shouldn't have waited until the last day". At about 11:30 my son starts crying - probably frustrated and tired since he is 2 years old. As I was working on calmly him down Noeni (in front of everyone) rudely tells me that I need to wait outside. AWESOME tell me to wait outside in the hot son with my 2 year old. I walked out thinking she would call me when they called my name but NO. I ended up calling my sister to pick up my son after she left work. She picked him up at 12:15 and I went inside to ask when will I be next since I kept seeing people coming out who were there later than I was and she starts looking through all the tax preparers papers and proceeds to tell me that they were calling for me and that I would be next - I said "next as in now or how much longer do I have to wait" and she said "well there is someone here so you have to wait" and I said "well yeah you kicked me out and couldn't even call me in" and she said as soon as he is done you'll be next. I waited outside again and if it wasn't for this nice lady (customer) who came outside and told me that they were calling for me. NOT EVEN NOENI bothered to come outside to tell me. I was not mad about having to wait - I know I went on the last day, but it was the treatment I received. I work in customer service and I would have approached the situation differently for one talking to me with a little discretion instead of embarrassing me by kicking me out in front of a lobby full of people, she could have told me "Hey I see your son is frustrated, if you'd like you can take him to the car and give me your number I will call you once they call you" but nope she kicks my son out like if he was an animal. If it wasn't for the time I had already waited there, it being the last day and for Marco who prepares my taxes - I would have left. I get it - it may be an overwhelming day for her, but you work with people not animals. I will never be filing here again. Which is unfortunate because Marco is GREAT. But I will not to give money to a business who treats people that way. Noeni, work on your people skills because you have a disgusting attitude and approach. read more

(2025) If you do your taxes with Sergio please be aware he is no longer filing taxes. He is still there in person but seems he is just supervising and/or a notary. This is the first year I am unsatisfied with service here. Wait time is LONG (as expected a week before taxes are due) but I experienced 2 things that are SUPER unprofessional: a couple came in and was passed IMMEDIATELY to the back to be processed. It was clear they were family friends... They were in and out in 30 minutes, bypassing everyone else that was in line. The poor woman next to me had been waiting for the preparer that was helping that couple for over 2 hours! As Sergio wasn't available, the front desk woman (Sergio's Daughter?) advised he wasn't practicing and that I was in good hands with anybody, so I said whoever can take me is fine. After 1.5 hours I asked for an eta and she said "you're next" and proceeded to call 4 people ahead of me. She is clearly spread too thin and not paying attention. Have been here for almost 3 hours. (Still here, Friday 3PM) Unfortunately I will have to find a new tax preparer for next year and advise my family/friends who I've recommended here to do the same. read more

Both my brother and I had to fix our tax return due to missing or False information on the tax returns submitted by this woman. I know she had been dealing with some personal issues but after my mom found vacation photos she had posted I felt it was no excuse for her messing up our returns. I dealt with the situation for almost two years. I had to prove my income and provide information she had somehow lost. My brother is still dealing with the IRS because of what she did. read more

Came to do my taxes here for the first time this year, there was a huge inconvenience that occurred in my account when I was charged the incorrect amount when I paid. However, Noeni the owner was very professional and humble about the whole situation. Hector is the accountant my BF and I went to, he is very very knowledgeable, and a very sweet man. However, the reception staff needs to be worked on. First, I was charged the wrong amount. And when my BF had to return on Saturday to return a form he waited 2 hours, it could've been much of a shorter wait time if he would had not been skipped. There are great accountants and very professional, but having that receptionist staff makes this place downgrade a lot. I understand during tax season it gets very busy and they hire a lot of temps, but they should realllllllly be more sharp on who they hire _ 3 stars. read more

this year I decided to do my taxes once again with this place but honestly this was my last time after they seriously screwed up my taxes return for this year.. I did my taxes back in February and until today I have not gotten my returns because of the mistakes and the lack of work that they did. please make sure you go to someone who can really do their job and not clean their hands like they did with my by just refunding me $50.00 I'm a single mom and honestly they don't care if I have money to feed my kids or pay my rent. read more

Never going to them again! First, the ladies in front have attitudes, NEVER friendly. I went to Hector and that was the worst MISTAKE. He messed up on my taxes due to him always rushing and answering his cell phone when he's with a client in person and it's not 1 phone call it's multiple phone calls and text messages. I have never been to a tax place where you are in and out in 10min. I'm sure I could have gotten money back but he does what benefits him. He added the wrong account number for my taxes so the money that I had to pay was taken out from someone else's account. YES SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT. The two years I went there something always came back being wrong. First year, I thought it was a honest mistake but then the next year same thing but worse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. By far the worse place to do your taxes! Comparing the amount i got this yr at a different location to arleta income taxes I feel cheated. Hector did a horrible job filing 2016 taxes. Last year i had to go back and forth with the irs faxing official paper work bc he failed to file them correctly. I am student and worked the same amount of hours this year as last yr. The place i went to this year 2017 i was able to get double the amount in return at a different location. It is very frustrating knowing how much i could have gotten last yr 2016 had hector done whats in the best interest for his clients than whats more convenient for him. Yess arleta income taxes charges cheap $65 but they will not go into depth to see how much you can get in return. The other location i went to charged more but man did they go into detail. Definitely not where u wanna take your taxes. I'm only getting back like 1,000. After feeling unsatisfied I got a couple estimates online said more like 1,500 is what I should've received. Also I was in there doing my taxes with "HECTOR" and his assistant walked in had a problem doing some other lady's taxes before me, so Hector helps him tells him he forgot to key in something but it's ok just send it like that we wasted enough time on her already.
