This is based on a combination of two recent experiences…read more The first visit was a referral from a friend as I needed to get some lettering done on club soccer uniforms. They did a really good job efficient and affordable 4stars... Clearly though there Achilles heal is communication or lack thereof and turn around time. Both are problematic and not so good and it's evident that the customer needs to stay on top of them. The second visit went south very quickly and ended worse. Really small job as basic as it gets. I dropped off a soccer bag to get embroidered remove existing lettering and change a name. $10-$15 worth of work. They out source virtually most of there work including the embroidery which was fine. They had a (10) day window to get one name and number embroidered on a soccer bag. After (7) days and no response to multiple messages and requests as to if the bag is done or get an update. I was finally told today that the bag is still sitting there they haven't had a chance to get it too embroidery because they have bigger clients and jobs to finish. I asked if they were still planning on getting it done before tomorrow or Friday as promised? This conversation lasted (10) minutes which is about (8) minutes longer than it would take to actually embroider the six letters and number on the soccer bag. Omg are you kidding me. I was placed on hold (4) times for gods sake I even offered to drive the damn bag and any other items directly to there embroiderer. Finally I was told that they have bigger jobs and more important clients and I quote "It is what it is" are you kidding me. Why not just tell me on any of the preceeding (8) days that you have had the bag that you either can't or don't want to be bothered doing it? I get that it's a small job mind you not to my son but why the runaround and then insulting me in the process. Seriously??? Finally after playing hide and seek the owner Marni got on the phone and said look we just got in a big job and were busy doing fall ball uniforms. Your bag isnt getting done I should pick it up and go elsewhere. I was already en route to her location to pick up the bag even before she got on the phone to blow me off... Why? Why? Why? Totally unnecessary. Clearly the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and it's reminiscent of a mickey mouse operation without the inherent business acumen or decorum to run a business. Telling a customer when you failed to do what you promised and were contracted to do "well it is what it is" and we have bigger more important clients. So we're kicking you to the curb. I picked up the bag drove ten minutes to a competitor and five yes (5) Cinco five minutes later the bag was embroidered and I was driving home... Sadly they will never get another project from me or any sports team or league that my kids are affiliated with. Really really poor inner personal skills and void of common business sense. My friend who referred me apologized profusely I guess there kids go to school together and played on a softball team. BTW in addition to the embroidery and screenprinting that they outsource they also do home loans and refinances in the same office. I'm sure they will add mold remediation, income tax preparation and immigration to there repitoire any day now. Truly a one stop shop...

Joe and Kindah are very knowledgeable and professional. They also are very conscious of turn around times. We have also had Kindah design flyers for events and they always turn out very professional. She's very innovative and great at communicating to make sure she gets it right the first time. Great working with bezign design! Initial call with Joe was great, helped me understand all the options and pricing,…read moredecided to go with him because of the service and communication even though he wasn't necessarily the cheapest. I was helping my wife plan some custom stickers for her 30th Birthday party favours. I agreed to submit the design before the end of the day to try and get the order completed in time so there wouldn't be any rush fees. Unfortunately (my fault) although we got the designs sent over at 4:50pm, we ran in to some issues with their website not allowing us to proceed with adding the order to the basket and paying for it as the box was greyed out and it wasn't clear why this was the case. My wife (who happens to be a UX designer) tried and tried to complete the order and even after calling bezign and speaking to a colleague of Joes she wasn't able to get it done in time and eventually gave up in frustration as the time was past 5pm and had other things to sort out. I managed to get to it myself later on and figured out how to bypass the issue and submitted the order by 5:35pm, with a note explaining the issue we had with their website ordering process, hoping they might understand. I called the following morning as I hadn't received any confirmation email and spoke to the colleague who explained that on this occasion although we were a bit late, they would still fulfill the order without a rush fee, for which I was grateful - I wouldn't have minded paying extra - as they had been helpful up until this point and I apologised for the late submission. That's when things turned sour. Around 30 minutes later Joe called accusing me of trying to avoid paying a rush fee and in effect explained how this small order was not worth his time and wanted to refund the order unless I paid more. All the while I was trying to explain myself, what had happened and what his colleague and I had already agreed on. Joe was abrupt, unwilling to listen and would not allow me to speak without interruption. I was completely shocked and felt belittled as he insisted on going through the website ordering process interrogating me on what I had done, insisting there shouldn't be any issues with his website and how it was my fault for not doing it correctly. We agreed to disagree and refund the order. Although we haven't managed to get the stickers in time now for our event which is disappointing, Bezign has also lost a future customer from a fellow business owner who lives down the road in Moorpark. In my opinion this is not how business should be done, even if the customer has made a mistake. I won't be considering Bezign for any promotional products for my own business in the future.
