I have seen managers come and go over the years. This is a warning that they no longer seem to care about their customer's. I spent over$8000 on a new heating/ac system in approx August 2023 with a 10 year warranty. Unfortunately the compressor broke down during the heatwave last August. I contacted Denis Wacker in charge of the service dept. He informed me that they could not help me. That they could not get another compressor or furnish my tenant with a couple of window ac units to get him by the 100+ heatwave we were having. He was gracious enough to charge me a service call and offer me around $878 to make up for the fact that his company could help me. WOW!! $878 vs $8000 +WHAT THEY ORIGINALY CHARGED ME! In the past they have always installed above average equipment HOWEVER, things have changed under the current leadership! LET MY RECENT EXPERIENCE BE A WARNING IF YOU PLAN TO USE BESELS IN THE FUTURE! By the way I got ahold of another contractor and he got my tenant up and running within a week.

Recently i had some work done and because it was not a good time financially to have the work done, i spoke with April and she was able to work it out so i could get the work done. I was very hesitant to get it done because of the experience i had last year with LAVEN ELECTRIC AND THAT EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. I saw the laven reviews online and they were good but the owner would not come to the house and see the mistakes. I had to consult with a lawyer and was advised to take them to court even the kansas attorney general told me to take laven electric to court which was more expense i could not afford. i just took my losses on that one. he made a small compensation but not enough to fix the problems he left me with. April at Denney's restored my faith that there are actually some good companies around that will do good work and stand behind their work. April went above and beyond helping me arrange to have the work done and there were absolutely no problems in getting the work done correctly. April is a great asset to Denney's as i am sure is true of all of their employees.

The summer of 2025 Everest Heating & cooling came out and replaced the blower motor on our heating…read moreand AC unit. all was well until we turned the Furnace on this fall it would not turn on, the same technician came out and checked the unit out and said we needed a new control board. (it was only two years old) at the cost of $500.00. I contacted the technician who installed the control board originally to check it out. He had the furnace running in about 5 minutes There was nothing wrong with the part. he rewired the unit. The tech from Everest Heating & Cooling had the unit wired wrong when he replaced the blower unit. Thank God I got a second opinion.

HVAC Repair On…read moreFriday 20th of June 2025 (Yes, the first day of summer, and the first day of 95 degree + heat) my blower motor went out. I called the installer and he couldn't get out until Tuesday. I then called Everest. They came out about 60 minutes later. The Technician (Steven Sanders) confirmed I needed a new blower motor, but said it would not be in until the next Friday . So I texted the following Monday to confirm it did in fact get placed on order. And yes it was on order (see pic). I texted again on Wednesday hoping for some fidelity on where it was as everyone sends shipping data these days. Instead, I got we will put it on when it gets here. Still trying to get the answer of where it is, I called the office. The office had no clue and had to call the technician to find out. What was conveyed back was now it was going to be Friday through Tuesday (still in the 90s). So I wait, and didn't hear back from the technician until Monday. He stated that it did not come in, and the company has no record of the order, and it could be 3 months before it come in (still in the 90s). Of course I told him forget it. Called the installer, he got me in and had it shipped and installed in about a week. I notice that there is no place to leave a review on their website, but somehow they have some very good reviews. Better off getting someone more organised and reliable company.

After a few hours calling him, he returned my call and told me he broke free to look at my tankless water heater. He fixed it despite a wiring harness issue that he temporarily fixed. He said he would come out and replace it when the harness arrives. Will use them ALWAYS in the Future.
