I think pictures speak better to any words. For the records it WAS the Bcbgmaxazria silk blouse, that was worn only once. RIP. I have been taking clothes here for five years, and yes, these cleaners are expensive. I've been mostly satisfied until now. My pleated skirt needed pressing, and the pleats were not pressed when I came to pick up the skirt. Yara expressed that they did not know that the skirt needed to be pressed in this way, and the owner recommended that I take the skirt elsewhere. They didn't want to put the time needed into pressing the skirt, so they didn't charge me for the machine press that they performed (see picture). Also, I had a button sewn on some pants as well as a different pair of pants dry cleaned. The total was $10, but they charged $11. I got $1 cash back. They indicated that they weren't able to put $1 back on my card, but if it had been a larger amount, they would have. I understand the credit card fees involved from a business perspective, however, I feel that this business does not put their customers first, nor do they make their customers feel valued. Due to these business practices, I will not be returning. read more

I have given this cleaners a few chances- twice I had to take back the items as the spots I pointed out to them were not cleaned. The last time I went I brought one romper and the tag said it was $7 and some odd cents and he took it right in front of me and crossed off the price and doubled it!!!! Over $14 for one item! Yep, I should have believed the hype but thought "how could they screw this up"? And living up to what everyone has said they did. Brought in my new khaki shirt straight out of the plastic wrapper and needed it pressed. No problem the owner said and when I went to pick it up he said it was caught up in the press machine and told me to come back later. I'm a reasonable person and said sure and asked what time, which he told me his closing time and he would stay so I would have my shirt. Expressing my frustration I agreed to come back. The owner called me an hour later said it was ready so I drove to pick it up and this is where it gets better. My new khaki shirt had gum on the front and the owner said it was there when I dropped it off. Funny, because I pulled it out of the plastic wrapper straight from the store when I dropped it off. Expressing my frustration even more, he agreed to clean the gum off my shirt, so again I left and hours later he called for me to come back. Once I returned I was greeted by two police officers which the owner called because I was a possible threat. WOW! Maybe if you didn't mess my new shirt up and have me come back multiple times. I guess I should have a smile on my face saying thank you for NOT providing me with a service that I paid you for. And yes, the owner had me pay full price for a cleaning charge when it was his machine that messed up and god only knows where the gum came from. In the end, I now have to purchase a new khaki shirt and the police were called because this business can't deliver on services and they were afraid of confrontation. I would not risk taking your items here. I took clothes here and received someone else's pants. When I brought the wrong items in asking for my own items they told me I never brought pants in. I picked it up today, as I was getting ready to go out I put one of my pants that I picked up from them and saw a dark blueish spot on these gray Ted Baker pants. So I took it back and said this wasn't not even a stain I went with originally. These pants were bought over Christmas break from Bloomingdales in N. VA. The young man said no worries took my name and gave me ticket. A few hours later the owner Omar calls me and begins to say they didn't do the stain and that I did it after I picked it up. Basically he called me a liar and that for me to lawyer up and he will sue me if I post anything bad about his business. Do not trust this business with your clothes.
