Haven't visited a laundromat in several years. I looked up locations near me and this one had the best reviews. The place was clean, not too crowded and had plenty of seating while waiting for your clothes to be done. I took two large rugs there and they had giant washers/dryers that I was able to use. There is parking in front and back that makes is easy to transport your items inside. I'll definitely come back again. read more

Laundry Spot - Laundromat Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

This is my first and last time visiting this place. I went to this place yesterday 7/28/26 and I could see the sign on the door that stated that the last wash is at 9pm. I started my clothes at 8:52pm. I waited promptly for my close to finish because I saw that the closing time was 10pm and I wanted to make sure I was out before closing. My clothes finished washing 21 mins after start time around 9:13pm. Unfortunately, my clothes didn't get fully dry until 9:55pm so I bagged everything up without folding of course and as I was leaving around 10:05pm, I turned around to thank the laundry clerk guy because he was standing next to me impatiently waiting for me to finish. He didn't say anything at all. I know he heard me because we were the only two people there and he was standing close enough for me to reach out and touch him without moving. He then proceeding to clean the dryer that I had just used and as I was bringing the basket back to the door, he meets me and says, " next time try to leave here before 10pm". As if I can control the time it takes to dry my clothes. However, I didn't make matters any worse, I just said "okay and you don't have to worry about that because I won't be returning". I really didn't mean to take that long but again, I was not in control of the amount of time it took to dry my clothes. Some of my stuff was still not dry but I left anyway. I work late and I needed clean work clothes. If you give someone an hour to wash and dry clothes, then you kind of run the risk of not leaving at 10pm. read more

I go to this business to wash my comforter and this time, my comforter was removed from the dryer and it was still damp. I set my phone timer to go off 2 minutes before the dryer. By the time I get out of my car and walk to the entrance the comforter was removed. The attendant said she just followed the rules, but the 'rule' isn't posted or available in any form. So I decided I won't patron this establishment any longer. read more

Ok so I never thought I'd have to review a laundromat, but when you manage a vet hospital and the washer/ dryer breaks you gotta find a good laundromat STAT! Luckily for me this laundry spot is very close to my office and it is an absolute pleasure bringing our laundry here. Easy parking right up to the door, a kiosk to put money on a card for the machines, easy to use machines, huge capacities and quick turn around. Due to a broken washing machine and the world's longest repair cycle, I needed to have a plan 'b'. This was it. Once I'd figured out how to get the laundry card and put credits on it, from there it was relatively easy to get loads done. The machine size; 8 loads, 3 loads etc all have their own pricing based on weight of load. You can also select extra rinse or soiled which will push the price up. Dryer availability can be an issue here if you are here at a busy time. Similar process; size of load = price paid. Sometimes you need to extend your dryer time to ensure all is dry. Expect there to be nowhere to sit inside during busy times. There's limited seating and some folk who'll hustle for the most accessible washers and dryers. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in years but after moving and being unable to get a new washer/dryer for months we went to the Laundry Spot weekly. Everyone was very helpful and the equipment is so easy to use. I did both self service and laundry drop off and was very satisfied with both. read more

The owners keep the laundry mat clean and the machines are new. The machines do not accept cash and instead use a prepaid card that you can get from the teller. Overall, I would visit here again. read more
