Long story short, I lost weight but still wanted to wear the jumpsuit bought in 2019. I was very happy with the fit of the jumpsuit and how the alteration was done. This review is only for alterations....... I saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to try this cleaners based on the reviews. I work close to this location and it is convenient. I had two pair of jeans that needed alterations. One needed a new zipper and one needed to be hemmed. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman who offered for me to put on the jeans so that they could be hemmed to exactly the correct length. I really appreciated that. When he filled out the ticket, I was told that the earliest they would be done was two weeks. That seemed a little long but with the good reviews, I figured it would be worth the wait. When I returned two weeks later, my jeans were done and both pairs were exactly as expected. I was happy. There was a gentleman who walked in needing a coat worked on, the guy said he needed it quick and the gentleman said it could be ready the next day. I was taken aback since the calendar was just as full as when I dropped off my jeans. Anyway, the cost was $12 each for the jeans which is just above the rate I have always paid. I usually pay $10. Overall I was happy with my jeans, but I think two weeks was a little long to wait. If the wait is that long again, I will probably go somewhere else. read more

I arrived at Durbin Cleaners needing suit pants altered/hemmed, but needed them by the next day so I could leave for my own out of town wedding. As the groom, it was important to have the pants just right, but the time crunch had others saying it was impossible. The wonderful people at Durbin cheerfully jumped at the chance to help me. They said they could have it done after 5 the next day. When I showed up at 5, they had just finished pressing the pants. I expected to get hit with a big bill, considering the rush job. I took about 30 items to this establishment on Tuesday 05-04-2015. There's a 25% off dry cleaning discount on Tuesdays. The gentlemen that work here are very friendly and very professional. Most of my items were ready on 05-12-2015, so I picked up all items but 3 shirts, that were not ready just yet. He was honest with me about the reason why they took longer. He says there was a small stain that he wanted to try to get out again, so it will take a couple more days, which was fine with me. I appreciated the honesty. I came back on 05-18-2015 to pick up the remainder of my 3 shirts, and they were completely stain free, along with the clothing I picked up the week before. I am very satisfied with my services. I will be back. The only suggestion I have is to offer lower prices, or even a better discount. Though I cleaned most of my clothes, and did about 5-10 alterations, my total was roughly $120.00. read more

Honest and exceptional job. Even gave me a discount because my wedding dress did not need much done. Will return!

They are very nice people. I took four silk shirts to them. The fix a seam and reinforced a button on two shirts. When I came to pick up. One of the other shirts was missing a top button, owner claimed it was receive that way. I made it clear it did not. Fixed at N/C. The other shirt had black marks and oil dripping scattered, and white marks on pocket. This was a yellow cream color shirt and when I brought in, there wasn't a stain or mark on the shirt. Again, owner made claim that it was received in that fashion. It took three times for them to correctly clean on shirt. The wife was more knowledgeable and said this was from the cleaning solution and black marks from their machine. I'm going to another cleaners. I do not have the time for them to correct their mistakes. read more

Thanks Yelp! I was going to another cleaner down the road. They weren't awful, but they weren't very good either. I looked on Yelp to find a better alternative and found this one had good reviews. Though it's a bit out of my way, I took a pile of laundry to give it a shot. Wow! Even though the cleaning is done off site, it was drastically better than my former cleaner. It was also moderately cheaper. Anyway, you can't see it from the road (close to Rebounders), so I would have never found it if it weren't for Yelps positive reviews.
