It feels like a real resort Pros Friendliness of staff Size and value of meals Coffee at the coffee bar is solid Everyone tried to use our resort money and give us best value. Also after one stay our resort offers were great. Pool was 5 foot 6 deep and really accessible. Staff was able to give us a room as per our requests. (Near elevator. And they asked us which was nice ) Room rate was a great value. (This trip was on a blackout date for holiday. We had two free room offers which would have been good any other day) Cons Valet is free for hotel but slow Beds even in an accessible room is ridiculously high. Make sure to approach from the highway coming in from Joplin we got lost on back roads with our gps. Exit 1 off the highway was easy.
