They specialize in southern cuisine and I must say everything was true to highly experienced southern cooks! Everyone raved about the food and it was a great sigh of relief to have a successful catering experience. I still think about how tender their meat was and how everything was seasoned so well. I never have to wait in line either, and they have really great lunch and dinner specials. I'd much rather get a meal from Steve Brown's than go through a drive through fast food place.
