I must say that I was VERY impressed for two reasons: the staff was so kind, patient and concerned about the well-being of my affair AND the food was unbelievable! They specialize in southern cuisine and I must say everything was true to highly experienced southern cooks! Everyone raved about the food and it was a great sigh of relief to have a successful catering experience. I still think about how tender their meat was and how everything was seasoned so well. I was also happy that the staff arrived EXACTLY when they said they would and I didn't have to lift a finger or instruct anyone to do anything. I can't wait to use Grace Catering again for 2 Holiday Parties that I have planned for this year and for our Annual Gala at work.... Grace Catering gets TWO THUMBS UP!
