When our Furnace went out on New Year's Eve evening, Erv Smith responded within 30 minutes and after a lot of work got the furnace operating again to get us through the holiday. They even provided us with 4 heaters in case the Furnace went out again. I worked with them on several bids and had them install a new Trane 97% efficient Unit on January 5. The installer team was great, cleaned up everything and hauled away our old Furnace. Over the many homes and years, we have owned in 6 states around the USA, I have had to install 5 furnace units. Milked out time by calling his boss (Cody), putting it on speaker phone, saying "I hear a hissing sound, I should stay and check it out, right?" Heater was out for around 18 hours, so of course it will sizzle when starting up again. Done and out door in 25 minutes. Sat in driveway to next 10-15 minutes. Was billed $237.38. Drive time of 30 minutes, an hour for labor and a additional fee of $48 to bring their first hour fee to $168 (per Cody when asked on phone). So drive time is charged at $118 an hour, pretty expensive drive for me. When we called about price of bill Cody said he would check Aiden's GPS in truck and get back to me, been 3 days, by tomorrow, since after 8 p.m. today. We will not be using Tweetgarrot again. Aiden even told us that the head company does not bother them because they make them so much money. Guess now we know how now.

I have never been so nickel and dimed in my life. Beware of this place. The electrician went out to his van, took 2 phone calls and sat playing with wires that equaled up to almost an hour.

I specifically said this and that the septic had been pumped earlier that year so please call me if there are any other problems. Instead a plumber went out to look at a gurgling toilet which wasn't what I asked. Proceeded to talk to my tenants and tell them that the reason the toilet is gurgling is because the septic hasn't been pumped and is running over and to call TL. Sinz. Which was an exaggeration to say the least but nevertheless was enough to work my tenants up. He was there a total of 10 minutes never called me or anything just sent a bill for nothing. Not even letting me know that nothing was done. Tenants obviously called the next day complaining. I was assuming it was fixed. Anyways I called the shop and asked if I could talk to him because I didn't know why he didn't do what I asked and clean the filter and his response was I went there for a gurgling toilet. All in all the biggest issue was that the bill from Rogers was as much as the bill from Sinz and they replaced the filter and pumped the tank. Just call Sinz.

We already had flooring in mind and they had the exact style we wanted. The store is incredibly small so the 3 customers in the store working with salespeople made me feel like a sardine stuffed in an undersized tin can. Anywho...one of the salespeople found a moment and really that's all we needed her for since we knew exactly what we wanted. We showed her what it was and asked for a quick estimate based on the overall area of our kitchen (which is obviously an overshot based on cabinets and whatnot). She gave us the estimate and set up a time to come out and do exact measurement for a more accurate quote. Great. The gal showed up for the measurements, took them and was on her way in a timely manner. 5 days later we received the email with the estimate based upon her measurements. As I'm looking over the estimate I see that it's higher than the original "over-estimate" based on the total area. I also see her original note says the price is 6.50/sf and the new "official" estimate now has a price of 7.75/sf. Naturally I reply to the email questioning this information and asking for an explanation for the discrepancy. I wondered if I was dealing with inexperience, a con job or just a lack of communication. Wellllll...moments after sending my reply email, I get a call from Russ, who introduces himself as the owner. Great! I am about to get an intelligent explanation and gain some understanding! No. Not at all. Russ straight up just started demeaning me, asking me "How long have you professionally installed flooring?" What?! I immediately put him on speaker phone (since I couldn't finish a sentence) so my husband could hear this man. We stared at each other, eyes and mouths wide open. He literally went on and on, around and around, basically saying the same thing again and again and yet not explaining the discrepancy. Within 2 sentences of my call, I absolutely knew we would NEVER give our business to this company. He may be used to scamming innocent unknowing folks, but I am not one to take it without question lying down. No Sir. Not today or any day Russell Zimmerman. I have kept my personal opinions on Holly (the lady that helped us) out of this thus far, but from meeting her in the store I had doubts on her experience and I felt uneasy about her knowledge (or lack thereof). My husband and I both wondered after our initial meeting in the store if she had been drinking...seriously...she reeked of booze, but I was willing to shrug that off and told myself maybe she was chewing some weird gum that was causing the smell. But either way, she did not leave me feeling confident or sure of any part of the situation. I honestly wondered if she even knew how to measure.
