They wanted him to leave so I told him to go and he did. Then I picked out $350 worth of books and paid for them with my Bank of America card. I left the books there Bc the owner was too busy to call down the street for my ride. After I left she called the cops and decided my purchases must have been fraudulent. The cops called me and I explained my side of things. Apparently I'm no longer welcome there despite the fact I did nothing wrong. 1. I still want to buy the books (they refunded my account.) 2. I want to attend a book signing on the 8th. It's a good store with an amazing selection. Apparently the owner just desperately needs a refill for her can of act right. She CAN make things right by selling me the books. An apology would be nice as well but not required.
