The clerks here always seem helpful. The one negative is there is ONE TOILET IN THE LADIES ROOM !?! If there are that many gas pumps ,there should be more toilets . It can be a really frustrating place to stop because of this. I avoid getting gas here sometimes because a line for the toilet can add 15 or more minutes to a pit stop here .

Then they called to say their tech didn't have time for such a big job (replace water pump) and could we please come pick up the vehicle (yup, the one with a broken water pump that couldn't be driven). Nick, who has an abrasive and very defensive personality, said it was "beyond his control"(?) As if an earthquake or plague of locusts had prevented him from completing the job he had quoted almost a week earlier. My new recommendation is to stay clear of this place...

Their attitude was polite and professional and they were able to help me right away despite the fact that I didn't have an appointment. It's good to have a neighborhood mechanic that can help with problems like these that will inevitably pop up from time to time.
